tysm NetGalley and forever books for this incredible arc!!! I was so lucky to get to read this wonderful finale of a book before it’s out for the world and GUYS this series is amazing!!! 😭

each book gets better and better as the plot and characters develop. I was hooked from the very beginning and over the course of the four books I became more and more invested in this beautiful, found family. it’s such a wild ride with crazy trials, insane plot twists, steamy romance, humor that made me actually laugh, and bonds that so deeply intertwine all the characters. filled with sweet moments and terrifying challenges, this series really has everything you could ask for in a fantasy romance series 🖤

I’ll forever remember these characters and can’t wait to revisit ouranos in the future! 💫

This was such a good read. I wasn’t sure how it would be where it’s book 4, but it was so good. I loved the romance (swoon!) and the found family themes. And of course the revenge and morally gray theme!

To everyone who’s waiting for their rainbow at the end of the storm.

“What is home, Lor?” He tucks a strand of hair behind my ear. The corner of my mouth lifts in a sad smile. “You. You are home.”

I struggled to choose just one quote - there were so many beautiful lines in this book, a reflection of the relationship that Lor and Nadir share.

I was so excited to start this but at the same time, I didn't want to start it because I wasn't ready to say goodbye to this group. This was the perfect end to a series that I loved. The character's growth and the story evolution was exquisitely crafted, leaving you with a sense of completion.

Nisha including back stories of Zion and Zerra, rounded out the story and made me hate them even more. The appearance of Atlas is satisfying especially with Gabriel and Tyr getting what they deserve finally.

I loved this series so much. Nadir is pure perfection and the entire inner circle is pure friend goals.

Thank you Nisha for this amazing and beautiful rollercoaster

Tale of the Heart Queen by Nisha Tuli was a whirlwind from start to finish! With its fast-paced plot and shocking twists, this story kept me on the edge of my seat, making it impossible to put down. It was an emotional rollercoaster, packed with high stakes, heartache, and moments that completely took me by surprise. It was a fantastic finale!

I have seen some horrible reviews for this book and honestly I am baffled! I LOVED this book and thought it was the perfect ending in the series. It was spicy, and gave me everything I wanted with Nadir and Lor. I do agree it was very long. But I didn’t feel like it mattered to me. I love this world and series and just felt completely satisfied at the end of this book. I am so sad to be done with this series!

I took forever to read this book, because I was just not ready for the series to end. I’ve been so invested in this series since book one, and this was a fantastic conclusion! I think it had the perfect balance of romance and fantasy, with plenty of action and drama mixed in. I loved the multiple POVs and timelines, which provided backstory and context to what was happening. Lor’s determinedness and strength continued to shine through, and her relationship with Nadir grew even stronger than before. This one did feel a bit longer than the others in the series, but I really appreciated how all of the plot lines were neatly wrapped up. The ending was beautifully written and it truly feels like the series is complete.

Thank you to Forever and NetGalley for the ARC!

I enjoyed the first three books in the series immensely. This last book fell a bit short for me because it felt like it kept dragging on where the plot wasn’t as captivating anymore. However, I did still enjoy the ending, and the characters hold a special place in my heart.

Wow, I don’t even know where to begin! This series gave me everything I needed a more. It’s bittersweet knowing my favorite characters stories are now done but what an incredible way to close out! Tale of the Heart Queen did not let up on the action and intensity for a second. Higher stakes, fiercer battles, and intense emotions…I devoured this book in a day! There’s not much to say without giving some significant spoilers so I will just comment that this was the absolute best ending to a fantastic series/story. I have my closure and my HEA and I couldn’t be more pleased with how Nisha Tuli ended this series

I am so content with the end of Lor’s story. The way it came full circle with another trial was an added amazing touch. I loved this series!

Tale of the Heart Queen by Nisha J. Tuli Book Review

Star rating:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.5
Spice rating: 🌶️🌶️🌶️
Genre: Fantasy/Romance
Series: Artefacts of Ouranos - Book #4
Tropes: Enemies to Lovers, Fated Mates, Chosen One, Found Family

I can't believe it's over. I will admit I am sad I cannot read about Lor and Nadir anymore but that means the author has done something right. This series is s perfect blend of fantasy and romance, Tale of the Heart Queen pulls everything together from the rest of the series and answers the millions of questions we had. Every characters story felt complete and Nisha tied up every loose end.

Thank you to Nisha and Forever Publishing for gifting me a copy. All thoughts and opinions are my own. *ARC provided to me via NetGalley in exchange of an honest review*

So to be honest, I typically read a full series back to back - I read fast and have no life - anyways a 4 book series would usually take me about 4 days (1 per book). I like the be fully immersed in the series/book I'm reading and any time apart takes me out of it. I started this series not realizing only books 1 & 2 were available on K.U. As a disabled reader, I'm broke so I can't just buy books and rely heavily on K.U. So it took me about 2 weeks to read this series and I loved the first two books but, the spacing between reading took me out of it and left me feeling somewhat lost. In the end I feel I didn't enjoy it as much as I would have had I been able to read it the way that works best *for me*. That said, I did love this series and I hope to eventually reread it in a few years and maybe I'll be able to enjoy it more reading it in full.

Overall, so much happens in the series that is almost felt like two different books being read. Mostly between book 1 and the others. I adored the Deadly Bridal Trials and I'll die on the hill that I wish Nadir's POV was not given to us in book 1 because it made it fairly obvious he was going to be the MMC and Atlas was not who he portrayed himself to be. I feel it would've had more impact had we fallen for Atlas alongside Lor and been just as betrayed as she had been. I also truly wish we got a few POV chapters for him at some point. Just to get some idea of why he was the way he was, what was going through his mind etc.

I was happy getting to know Gabe more, I loved him in book 1. I was happy with everyone's ending - especially Tyr's. I was pleasantly surprised on how much I enjoyed Rion's ending as well. Sometimes, the best ending for a villain is them to self reflect..which doesn't happen often and I really enjoyed that. I loved that Nadir got his apology and that jim and Lor forgave Rion in the end for themselves and their happiness.

Nadir was the one consistant thing in this book that I loved beyond all reason. He was perfect. His bleeding heart that he hid behind, the amount of love, loyalty, respect, and patience he showed to and gave Lor was everything. He always understood her without her having to say anything and while I hated that, even up to the end, he still felt undeserving of her - I hope in their Universe he does find peace within himself and realizes he's the only one who does deserve her.

Lor grew so much through the story and I admired her perserverence and strength despite everthing thrown at her. She could come across niave and brash, too trusting then not trusting enough but, I loved watching her work through her traumas to be the fierce Queen she was capable of.

My final rating for the overall series is probably a atrong 3.5. I truly do believe one day when I reread it the way I need to I'l rate it higher. I don't think 3.5 is bad for me. It's super close to a 4. I just got taken out of the story too much for me to feel comfortable rating it higher. Qhich again, that's on me and my fault for not researching eniugh about the series.

I would recommend this series though to others. 💖

A thrilling conclusion to an action-packed ride of a series! I enjoyed the series overall and I really think that this was the ending the series needed!

The found family and relationships were fantastic in this series and I love that they were able to learn from their history to make better choices for their futures.

I think this will be a series I recommend to others who are interested in an epic Romantasy series!

There were a few things I wasn’t sure about, trying to explain without spoilers, Rion’s arc didn’t evolve how I imagined it might. I also was trying desperately to hold onto all the details of all the missions they had to accomplish and sometimes forgot why they needed to do certain things. That’s mostly a failing on my part because I paused the book when I was starting to stress about the series ending and losing my connection to these characters, but I just can’t remember why they had to destroy the arks in the first place. In the end, it played out well and I enjoyed every minute!

Thank you Netgalley for an arc of the Tale of the Heart Queen. This book was a fantasy read and I enjoyed it. I also thought the picture of the cover was really pretty. This book I believe is part of a series. I rated it 4 stars and I would recommend reading it.

As someone that has been struggling with first person POV this year, and usually reads fantasy books via audio, let me just say that I read the whole Artefacts of Ouranos series with my EYES. That's how well written this novel, and this series is.

I have no notes. Just that it was a good conclusion to the series, and really liked how everything worked out for everyone. Very excited to read the author's contemporary novel when it becomes available.

I truly enjoyed this series so much. I think it might be one of my favorite series. As for the official review, I do believe it was little longer than needed but at the same time, I needed more because I wasn’t ready to leave this fantasy world. Maybe less recaps for what happened earlier and wrap up. With that being said, it’s still 5stars for me and I loved it soooo much. You are an amazing author and this book completed such a great series.
