In light of the allegations around the author’s native identity and their statement that it is being pulled from publication, I will not be reviewing this title.

I thought this book sounded great hence requesting but I can't support a white author who is impersonating Native Americans and claiming to be a part of two tribes when she has nothing to do with either.

This book has been pulled from publication and as such I will not be reviewing it and will instead seek out books by Indigenous authors.

In light of the Tribal Alliance Against Fraud's statement on Colby Wilkens, her own response, and the announcement that this book will be pulled from publication, this is the only feedback I can morally and ethically give.

Due to the issues surrounding the author misrepresenting her (lack of) Native identity, and considering this book is being pulled from publication, I will not be reviewing or sharing this book.

I will no longer be reading this book due to the author lying about being Native American and co-opting their culture, identity, and heritage.

I will not be giving feedback for this book since it is being pulled from publication and because of the allegations around the author's heritage.

Due to the current allegations and the fact this book is being pulled from publication, I will not be reviewing this book or sharing on social media.

In light of the author lying about their heritage (and now this book is being pulled from publication?), I will not be reviewing.
That cover was so good though, so I’m disappointed on that if nothing else.

Due to the recent information that this book is being pulled from publication after information was brought to light about the author in regard to their claimed indigenous heritage, I will not be reviewing it.

I was really excited for this after meeting the author but didn't get a chance to read it before the author announced it will be pulled from publication due to the current controversy.

I read this book before news it would not be published. My rating is based on my reading experience before this news. I found this book had a tighter mystery than the first installment, If I Stopped Haunting You, (I think they are part of a series as they share some characters), but I felt that the way the spicy scenes are unevenly woven into the narrative slows the pacing of what is otherwise meant to be an Indiana Jones-like action-adventure story.

Due to the recent information that has come out about the author fabricating their indigenous heritage and the fact that this book is being pulled from publication, I will not be reviewing it.

I truly was enjoying this book until the allegations came out. It still is a wonderful story with a lot of tension. But as Colby has stated that it is being pulled from publication, I will not be posting on social media.

i will no longer be reviewing this title because the author was found to be faking their native american identity, hurting actual native american writers trying to succeed in the publishing industry. the title was announced to be pulled from publishing.

Due to allegations regarding the author’s identity, I will not be providing a review for this title. I also will be withholding from posting in review spaces due to the SMP boycott.

I absolutely loved If I Stopped Haunting You and I was really excited to read this book.
However, since this book is being pulled from publication by the publisher due to controversy regarding the author I will not be reading this title at this time.
I do not want this to affect my feedback ratio so I am rating it with a 1 star rating since I believe this book will be pulled from NetGalley soon.

Given the recent allegations and subsequent response from Colby Wilkens that this title will no longer be published, I will not be reading and reviewing it. Rating for the sake of not damaging my feedback ratio over a title pulled from the publishing calendar. Should things be resolved in a manor deemed satisfactory by the marginalized community affected, I will revisit in the future.
