Drive me crazy was my first read by Tracy Wolff and I really liked it. I really liked Elise and Quinn

This story didn't necessarily blow me away, but it was a decent, second-chance romance.

I'm not a huge fan of rockstar tropes, but the synopsis felt steamy enough to give it a shot, and the scenes didn't disappoint. And to be honest, they were what drove me to finish the book.

I wasn't a huge fan of the plot as it seemed to be more clique than I like to read. The connection was angsty and full of dramatic moments, but it just wasn't something that I felt fully connected with the characters.

I gave this one a lower-ended 3 out of 5 stars.

This book was just so good. I just had the time of my life reading it and I'm really looking forward to seeing what's next from this author.

You know - the synopsis for Drive Me Crazy does absolutely no justice for this book. It definitely has a few flaws, or should I say, areas that could have used more attention - but overall it was such an enjoyable book.

This book definitely has that whole rocker god trope that I can't help but love (they're so unattainable! haha). However, what this book also has is a lot of heart and heartbreak. Elise and Quinn know each other from their very early days of being, basically, piano prodigies. Ten years later, they are suddenly back in each other's lives when Elise is in a horrible accident that has also killed their mentor, Ellington. Quinn feels the need to take care of Elise and refuses to leave her alone after the accident.

So, what we have is not so much miscommunication between Elise and Quinn, but rather, the feeling of having to sacrifice and protect and underneath it all....understanding. That's what I found so enjoyable about this read - Elise and Quinn love each other and understand each other. There is no purposely trying to hurt or provoke (except for their pranks, which are hilarious and more affectionate than anything). Their feelings for each other are deep and intricate and showcased beautifully by the author, Tracy Wolff.

There were a few areas I wish Wolff would have taken more time on and they go together. I wish we could have heard more about Ellington since he was someone so important to both Elise and Quinn and also about Wyatt (granted, this book is part of a series and we will probably hear more about him in another book, but I'm curious!). I really wanted to read about Wyatt meeting Elise. Also, I wish we could have read more about Elise's grief. She's lost a log of important people in her life, including Quinn. I wish we could have read more about that and seen Elise and Quinn's relationship grow even more.

All in all, I loved this book. So much heart - and so worth the read.

Elis life turns upside down after the horrible accident and the one that she least expected to see on her hospital door is her first love and rival Quinn. Quinn wants to help Elis so he decides to kidnap her and helps her heal in his home. They start a prank war that brings Elis smile on her face, start to know eachother again as adults. And although they are not ready the chemistry between them is still strong will it be enough for their second chance?
I volunteered to review an ARC of this book for NetGalley

A hot second chance romance from Tracy Wolff. Quinn and Elise burn up the pages and make this book hard to put down. Can't wait to read the next one in the series.

I’ve read alot of Tracy Wolff’s books, and have enjoyed them all, so I have no idea why I didn’t know about this book that was written five years ago. Thankfully, a second chance look came up on Entangled, so I signed up right away. There’s one thing you know you will get when reading this authors books, a very well written, intense subject matter, humor that has you laughing out loud, and sex scenes that make you squirm in your seat because they are hot hot HOT! I loved Elise and Quinn’s story, read very quickly, loved everything from the tragic situations, the crazy funny pranks, and the special bond these two characters had with each other. Loved the band members and Jamieson, and had a great ending that definitely left a smile on your face. I will definitely go back to see what else I might have missed, because if it’s another one like this, sign me up!

I voluntarily reviewed an ARC copy of this book

I received an e-arc of this book in exchange for a fair and honest review.
I really liked this book. My only negative reaction was due to how juvenile and irritating the dialogue was of the Male characters. Yes guys say "bro" but sometimes the way they talked was reminiscent of "Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventures". Other than that, I really loved the story of second chance love and the banter and pranks were fun to read too.
This book is part of a series and I fully intend to find and read the other books in this series.

The story of Quinn and Elise. They spent a lot of time together when they were younger, but one day he left and she hasn't heard from him since.
Elise has just been in an accident, and lost the closest person to family that she had. Quinn can't help wanting to help her out, and soon they are falling for each other. But then there is an accident and Quinn once again pushes Elise away, believing what he is doing is best for both of them. Will he realise what he means to her before it is too late?
