This is one pun-ny book. While these creatures are cute, they are mostly pretty small and eat insects and other prey. Don't expect them to kill you dead or keep you up at night worrying about how they are going to get you. The illustrations are great and really play on the cuteness factors and contrast this with their darker predator mode. Photos at the back of the book give readers some insight on what the creatures might look like in the wild.

So interesting and educational. It's not just for the kiddos but I'm sure the parents will learn a thing or too about these animals. Love the illustrations too!
