This series is really good. Little bit of spice. Mixed with cozy. Mixed with confusion because the covers of these books are misleading haha. I enjoy them fully! Keep them coming please!!!

I love and i mean LOVE this story and kira her little grumpyness! And bennett and his sunshine coming into kira's life and making it all better for her.

this was cute. if you want a sweet, light hearted romcom with small town vibes, this is for you. it’s so fun to come back to dream harbor and seeing all the old characters intertwined in the new book releases!!
bennett … the man that you are. he might be my favorite mmc that laurie gilmore has written.

Unfortunately after Gilmore's success of her first book in this series, it doesn't seem to me that she is able to capture the same magic. I find it was an ok story will storylines that weren't necessarily new. I had a good time reading it, but probably won't be reading any of her following titles.

This book was so cute, and fun! The story was well written with interesting characters! I can’t wait to read more books by this author! I would recommend this book to everyone!

Thank you Netgalley, Harper360, and Laurie Gilmore for granting me this ARC!
I just love the Dream Harbor series and couldn’t wait to dive into this one! Did it take me until Christmas in July to start? Absolutely but I wish I hadn’t of waited!
Love Hallmark Christmas movies? Then this is your book with the perfect amount of romance! Think small town Gilmore Girls meets Hallmark!
I can’t wait to read the next in this series and follow the town into more development and romance!
Thanks again for the ARC!

If you’re looking for the perfect spicy grumpy x sunshine Christmas romcom to cozy up with this holiday season, Christmas Tree Farm is your new go-to. Kira’s total grinch, but she meets her match in Bennett, the charming guy who just can’t stay away from her chaotic, barely-heated tree farm. Their banter and sparks had me laughing and swooning all at once. This book feels like a warm mug of cocoa, it is full of holiday cheer, small-town charm, and just the right amount of spice. It’s got all the feels: laughter, mystery, and a whole lot of charm. If you want a Christmas story that’s as cozy as your favorite sweater but with a little extra heat, this one’s definitely going on my “read every year” list!

A hallmark movie in a boom!
I had fun with this one.
I think it’s my second favorite so far, just behind Pumpkin Spice.

I love the town of Dream Harbor. It is this little hallmark setting that doesn’t feel real, but the characters have more depth and I enjoy the storyline for this one. It’s a little more serious than the other ones I’ve read but it ties together nicely and I still enjoyed reading this.

A comforting, gentle romance that celebrates second chances and the quiet magic of the holiday season

This one was really more of a 3.5 for me but GR doesn't allow half star ratings and anything I give a half and above to automatically gets rounded up.
This was my favorite of the series so far, at least at the time of writing this review, I have not yet read the newest (The Strawberry Patch Pancake House) which was just released. Despite most of the reviews I have seen, I feel like the stories and the writing keeps getting better with each book.
The character development was pretty decent and I loved that the grump of this grumpy/sunshine was the female main character, though TBH she was a bit too mean for my taste. The spice was great but there wasn't too much of it. I loved getting back into the community of Dream Harbor and definitely plan to continue on with the series.
Thank you to the author, publisher and NetGalley for an advanced reader copy of the ebook in exchange for my honest review.

This was such a cute read, it gives hallmark mixed with gilmore girls vibes!! I’m a sucker for a closed off FMC and a MMC that slowly but surely opens her up, and this was exactly that! Plus, who doesn’t love a Christmas themed book? 3.5⭐️

Let’s be so honest here, when I first requested this arc I had yet to read the first two books in this series so I had no idea what I was getting myself into.
This is a cozy small town romance, which is FINE if you like those sort of books! But unfortunately, the whole cozy aspect to me just makes it feel super drawn out and boring. My sincerest apologies. I was able to read the first two, but I did not enjoy myself reading them and I had kept putting off reading this bc I knew I wasn’t going to love it. Unfortunately I was correct.

This wasn't my favorite of the series so far but still loved the chemistry between Kiara and Bennett!

I adore the Dream Harbor series and this installment was not exception! I loved that Kira was the grumpy to Bennett’s sunshine but that she was instantly a cinnamon roll around his dogs. I loved seeing her grow from thinking that to succeed she had to do everything on her own to realizing that asking for help doesn’t mean you failed it means that you refuse to fail! I also loved seeing Bennett go from thinking that true love and happiness was something he couldn’t have to knowing it was something he had found. That it was okay to admit that he had made a mistake moving across the country for “work” aka a girl who only kept him around when it benefited her.
This might actually be my favorite installment so far because honestly I found a lot of myself in these characters. Always feeling like asking for help had meant that I had failed somehow or that because my first attempt at finding love had failed meant that I was somehow unworthy of being loved, these are things I still struggle with but I also know that my friends and family love me, so like Bennett I am not totally unlovable.
Cannot wait to dive into the next installment!

I love the world that Laurie has been building in Dream Harbor. This was a perfect addition to the series. I enjoyed getting to see two outsiders integrate into the town and make connections with other characters from the series.

Loved the vibe and how cozy this book was! Overall it was an easy enjoyable read. Perfect for the holidays!

This was so cute and fun to read I will be reading the other books in the series! I love the cover art for this series and think it is so fun and cute!

This was my first read for this author. I finished this book just before Christmas. It was a perfect lonely, jaded, spoiled city girl moves to the country finds the friends she’s been longing for, a business that gives her purpose and most importantly, the perfect guy kind of book! This book is filled with somewhat cheesy and cliche small town holiday tropes but it’s the perfect holiday read.

Thank you to NetGalley and Harper 360 for an ARC of The Christmas Tree Farm in exchange for an honest review.
"Accepting help is different than letting people do everything for you."
The Christmas Tree Farm is the third book in the Dream Harbor series and follows Kira North, a young woman who moves to Dream Harbor after buying the old Christmas tree farm on the outskirts of town with plans to flip the farm and reopen it. Kira is super opposed to anything Christmas as well as socializing with anybody who lives in town- until a chance encounter one cold morning with Bennett Ellis, another outsider who has come to Dream Harbor to spend Christmas with his sister, Jeanie. What comes next is a series of events Kira never would've expected.
I did enjoy this book however I did feel that it was missing some of the charm of the other Dream Harbor books because this one definitely felt more romance-centered and it seemed to me that the romance happened extremely quickly, which I didn't necessarily like. The thing I enjoyed about the CInnamon Bun Bookstore was that the romance felt like it grew organically and in some places, this one felt very forced. Kira felt like she was trying way too hard to be mean and was very focused on a lot of superficial qualities when it came to Bennett. I would've also liked to see a little bit more of some of the other characters readers have grown to love from the other novels in this series.
Overall, I would give this book 3 stars because the scenes with the other residents of Dream Harbor were really fun! If you enjoyed the other Dream Harbor books, give this one a shot.
