I was so excited to receive this arc! The pumpkin spice cafe was one of my favorite books ever, and this was such a sweet addition to the series. I felt like Kira could be a little too grumpy sometimes compared to Bennett, but overall they were such a good match. Loved this and love this author!

~Small-Town Romance, Holiday Romance, GrumpyxSunshine, and more!~
The Christmas Tree Farm by Laurie Gilmore follows Kira North, the new owner of the old Dream Harbor Christmas tree farm. The problem? Kira doesn't like Christmas and bought the property sight unseen. Kira is determined to fix the farm on her own and go from a spoiled trust fund baby to a self-sufficient homesteader. So when the handsome Bennett Ellis with a fixer complex comes to town for a vacation, what will happen when he meets the stubborn owner of the Christmas tree farm who refuses to accept help? Will it just be a holiday fling, or will it turn into something more?
4.5| First, before even reading this book, I loved the playlist and map. It is a great addition that really set the scene for the book and also allowed me to picture the town more clearly. I think the map could be a bit bigger in the future; I was reading on a Kindle, so I had to put it close to my face to make out the words. I finished this book in less than a day because it was so captivating and hard to put down. I loved Kira's character and how strong, determined, and stubborn she is. The more I learned about her backstory, the more I understood her character and decisions. She and Bennett had great chemistry, and I enjoyed this book being more of a slow burn. The back-and-forth between their personalities was great, and I loved the contrast between her not wanting to accept help and him wanting to fix everything for her. I loved Kira's interaction with his dogs and how soft she was towards them.
One thing I really enjoyed about this book was how they both found themselves and wrapped up some loose ends before finding their way back to each other. Kira and Bennett had a lot of character growth throughout the book, which I appreciated. Seeing Kira make friends and finally find a sense of belonging was great to see, and I love how much her confidence grew throughout the book. I did feel like some of the sentences were odd and made me re-read them a couple of times before fully understanding what it was trying to say. I also found it a little odd that Kira's first thought was to sell the items Bennett finds. It seems the letters had a lot of sentimental value for her, so selling the items that represent the love of those people she read about didn't really make sense as her first thought. The side characters were great; I loved what they added to the story. I would have liked to see some reunion with Kira and her sister to tie everything up.
Overall, I loved the vibe of the story and the town it takes place in. It very much gave mature Hallmark movie! The characters and chemistry were great. Kira and Bennett were truly a couple I was rooting for up until the end of the book! I was so excited to read this book and even more excited to read what's next in the town of Dream Harbor!

I loved this book!!! The Christmas Tree Farm is such a cute story surrounding Kira, who bought the aforementioned farm sight-unseen, and Bennett, who's in town visiting his sister. It's filled with holiday cheer, a little skepticism, some mystery, and just enough spice. Highly recommend!

Laurie Gilmore writes the best cozy books for various holiday seasons and this one is no different. The romance and the plot makes you feel all festive inside like you're ready to break out the Christmas tree. I felt like I was reading a Hallmark movie with a splash of Gilmore Girls.

This book is like a Hallmark series and I am here for it. Something about this pulls me in… I loved it so much. Thank you NetGallley for the opportunity to read this early ARC.

Spicy Hallmark feels! Put me in the mood for Christmas and hot chocolate. This was a cute, quick fun read. I’ve read all three in this series so far and they have yet to disappoint. This author delivers the right amount of humor and “spiciness” and there is always a HEA.

I adore Laurie's books. Not only do they pull you in by cover alone, the stories are entertaining as well. Each character has their traits. Thank you for the opportunity to read this one!

Thank you to NetGalley, Harper Collin’s 369, and Laurie Gilmore for this ARC!
Christmas Tree Farm by Laurie Gilmore is a delightful, spicy holiday romance that feels like a modern Hallmark movie with an edge. The story follows Kira North, who takes on the challenge of running a Christmas tree farm, only to realize she's in over her head. Enter Bennett (Ben), a Mr. Fix-It type with three loyal dogs, whose initial encounter with Kira is far from smooth. As they navigate a series of events, including a cozy snowstorm, their chemistry sizzles, making for a heartwarming and festive read that's perfect for the holiday season. The dogs, along with the snowy setting, made this a particularly cozy and heartwarming experience that I couldn't put down.

Oh my lanta! This was the coziest holiday romance with all the Christmas goodness and Gilmore Girl vibes. Think Hallmark after dark. I thoroughly enjoyed 𝒯𝒽𝑒 𝒞𝒽𝓇𝒾𝓈𝓉𝓂𝒶𝓈 𝒯𝓇𝑒𝑒 𝐹𝒶𝓇𝓂. Bennett + Kira were absolutely adorable. Bennett, the MMC, is a total cinnamon roll willing to do anything for those he cares about. Kira, the FMC, appears to be quite prickly in the beginning but underneath that grumpy exterior is a heart of solid gold. They were each healing from things in their past and together they were able to heal and find a genuine love. This sweet romance is Christmas magic🎄✨
I cannot wait to reread this book at Christmas time!

Laurie Gilmore does it again! I'm obsessed with her books.. The small town, the Christmas vibes, the most perfect characters that I absolutely adore. It's like a spicy version of Gilmore Girls and I couldn't love it more. I'm so sad this book is over. 5 huge stars!!

✨📚 If you're a fan of Hallmark movie vibes but crave a little extra spice, then I've found your new favorite read! This cozy, small-town Christmas romance gives us the perfect reverse grumpy-sunshine duo who feel so real, you might just bump into them on your next holiday stroll! 🐶❤️ I adored how both characters own their flaws and genuinely strive to grow—it's like a masterclass in authenticity! 🎄💫 I'm rating it a solid 4.75/5 stars because honestly, who doesn't love a good grumpy-sunshine story? Can’t wait to dive back in and relive the magic! 📖✨ #BookRecommendation #CozyReads #HallmarkFeels

If you love a Hallmark movie kind of book but always wished they had a little spice mixed in this is the book for you! This is a reverse grumpy-sunshine, which gave you just enough back story to absolutely fall in love with the characters, This was the perfect mix of cozy, small town, Christmas cheer, dogs, and spice. One of the things I loved about this book was that both of the main characters know what their flaws are and are trying to learn/grow from past experiences. It makes this book see so authentic that you could possibly meet these people in real life.
Overall I'm giving this book a 4.75/5 stars. The only thing I like more than a reverse grumpy-sunshine is a regular grumpy sunshine. I would 100% reread this and recommend it to other people.

I received this ARC from NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
I really wanted to like this, but the writing style just wasn’t for me, I prefer books written in 1st person point of view, I feel as though they are easier for me to follow along with but I digress. this was a cute and fluffy holiday read. it definitely felt like I was watching a hallmark movie.
“I did fall in love with you in a month. you are everything I want, and it has nothing to do with your broken house or your…. your… whatever it is you think about yourself, that you are selfish or not worthy or… I don’t know… I really don’t know kira because I think you are fucking perfect.”
there is truly something about loving someone even though you know they aren’t ready to accept that love

A cozy Hallmark Christmas movie, but add steam! The Christmas Tree Farm was a great escape from the bazillion degree summer days. It covers all the bases: cozy small town, dogs, Christmas cheer, living room blanket forts, and steamy open-door loving. I like that our MCs were fully aware of their flaws and were trying to grow. I love the friend group. I want to live in Dream Harbor! My biggest complaint about the book would be all… the… ellipsis… Seriously, at one point I was playing a game to see how many pages in a row had ellipsis, but that was distracting me from the story and I stopped. Otherwise, I enjoyed this low-angst, steamy, cozy, fluffy Christmas book.
I received an ARC of The Christmas Tree Farm from NetGalley. I am leaving my review voluntarily.

I am a fan of Laurie Gilmore, so I was excited to read this book. It did not disappoint. It was a great cozy Christmas read. I especially love the small-town setting. I really liked Kira and her story line, and I thought that she and Ben had great chemistry. Between the story and the setting, it really put me in the Christmas spirit. This will definitely be recommended to all my friends. I am so excited for more of Laurie Gilmore’s books in the future.

Booktok Holiday Girlies will looove this 🎄

Yes, yes, yes! Such a cozy and thrilling read. I love when a romance novel can still hook you. Not even due to drama, etc. but just out of the storylines and development of the characters relationship.
I feel like this is a ‘cozy romance’ in the sense that stakes are ‘low’ and it’s not a whirlwind romance BUT that makes it the perfect holiday read to me. This one is a great one to read bundled up in bed or your preferred cozy spot ☕️
Look forward to reading once again once it’s released. This makes me even more excited for the cinammon bun shop book!

Thanks to NetGalley, the publisher and the author for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.

This is the third book in the Dream Harbor series, but you don't have to read them in order. The characters are connected, but each book is a standalone story. If you loved The Pumpkin Spice Cafe story, then you will love this, too. This one is a cute and heartwarming Christmas book. I mean, who doesn't love a story set on a Christmas tree farm with adorable dogs? Plus, there's some fun banter, funny moments, spice, and even a little mystery. I want to move to Dream Harbor. This is Hallmark mixed with Gilmore Girls vibe with spice added in.
The main character is Kira, a woman who's trying to find her own way after her sister moves away. She's always relied on her sister, so now she has to learn to stand on her own two feet. And what does she do? She buys a Christmas tree farm without even seeing it first! That's her first mistake, but not her last.
Bennett is in town for the holidays, visiting his sister Jeanie, who owns the local coffee shop. He brings his three dogs with him, and while he's letting them run in the woods. He ends up trespassing on the Christmas tree farm land, while there he stumbles upon Kira. She's not too happy to see him at first, but she loves the dogs. And guess what? hat's not the last time he'll see her, though. Even visiting, he gets put into a situation by the major of Dream Harbor and his sister.

I was a fan of Laurie Gilmore‘s last book and I greatly enjoyed her. If you’re in the mood for a Christmas romance with a grumpy protagonist, pick up The Christmas Tree Farm. You won’t regret it.

Oh, where do I even begin with The Christmas Tree Farm? I was swept away by the characters’ chemistry and the enchanting holiday vibes. The HEA is heart-melting and so satisfying. I adored every moment of this spicy, romantic whirlwind, truly a must-read for anyone craving a perfect holiday escape.
