I loved this! I enjoyed getting to read the snippets of upcoming romance books. There are a few of the authors that are new to me, and I am now interested in reading their newest releases, I am most looking forward to First Time Caller by B.K. Borison.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for this ARC to review!

Very useful for booksellers to find out about romance books releasing soon and to decide which ones are a good fit.

I am amazed that more publishers don't do small excerpts of upcoming books like this more often. This was a fantastic way to determine if I wanted to request any ARCS. I got enough of the story to understand if it was for me. If more publishers did this, I think it would cut down on many requests that never get reviewed or are reviewed poorly. Buzz Books also turned me on to authors who would not have otherwise been on my radar.
I would love to see this extended to all genres and monthly instead of seasonally.

I really enjoyed this collection of upcoming books! I definitely saw some that I am interested in, particularly: Firebird by Juliette Cross, The Nightmare before Kissmas by Sarah Raasch, and First Time Caller by B.K. Borison.

Found some interesting reads and it was nice to have previews with it. Will keep a lookout for these in the future.

Really enjoyed this roundup of upcoming romance titles! This is extremely helpful and a great way to get an idea of what to keep an eye out for in the future. I look forward to issues of this in the future!

I love it when the romance buzz books come out. I found a few that I'm looking forward to reading. Thank you, NetGalley!

Thank you netgalley and Publishers Lunch for this amazing opportunity to read a wide range of excerpts of romance novels by new and upcoming authors. I think this is an amazing way to showcase talented authors and makes it easy to engage and request new content. I am looking forward to the other Buzz Books coming out later this year!

This is a really interesting collection of romance books, all of which (i think - I didn’t click through to all of them) are available as arcs. Lots of authors I’ve never heard of before, and a number I have, just haven’t yet read anything by. I do sometimes wish NG would let us read short excerpts of books we’re considering requesting arcs for, and this fulfills that wish perfectly!

I really enjoyed this selection! It was like a grazing table of some really, really good books - a few didn’t quite hit for me, but that’s okay since not everything is your favourite on a grazing platter.
Highly recommend this for any fans of romance over different genres - you’ll find some books to be obsessed with.
Added a heap to my “want to read” for goodreads too!

This list was a great representation of the romance genre. It notified me of some upcoming new books of authors I have previously read, and more importantly it introduced me to a wide variety of new authors to explore. Being able to read chapters gave me great insight if I would enjoy their styles.

Such a great list of upcoming romances, and the synopses/excerpts are awesome! I'm deinitely looking forward to reading/requesting First Time Caller, I Got Abducted by Aliens and Now I'm Trapped in a Rom-Com, and Dating and Dragons!

I'm eager for all of these to release! Realistically, I don't have a chance at receiving an arc for most of these, but this has put a dent in my wallet for all of the preorders I've just made! I'm especially excited about The Nightmare Before Kissmas and First-Time Caller!
Thanks for the sneak peek <3

I enjoy the teasers of romance novels, but there's not much to review here besides the convenience of having them in one place.

Great collection of excerpts. I read a lot of romance and fantasy so this is a great way to get a sneak peak of some great upcoming books in those genres and see how I'm going to like them. Also good way to find new authors and very convenient add on to the request link at the end of some of these excerpts.

Excellent selection of samples, some from authors I’ve already read and some new ones for me to discover - not that my out-of-control TBR list needs the additions, but I’m hardly going to complain!

Thank you thank you. I love getting excerpt and it gets me excited about upcoming books! It’s very well organized and I love having the links at the end to request or read now the books. Thank you for doing this!

This is definitely a wonderful initiative by Netgalley and We Are Bookish as it gives us an idea or rather some sort of samplers about the upcoming books that will be published in the market. As a reader and a consumer, this is a good tool to make a well-informed decision about what books to buy especially if you are on a budget. For ARC reviewers, this is also a good tool as this kit has a compilation of excerpts that you can read first before you decide to request the galley. It can save you a lot of heartaches and time esp. if you have chosen a galley that is not to your liking but you're forced to finish it.
The only downside of this is that requesting the galleys using the links provided in this kit is not a guarantee that you will get approved. As a matter of fact, the request buttons are not even available for all the galleys that I've requested. There's only the wish for it button and the universe knows how sucky my luck is.
Anyway, I hope Netgalley will also publish something like this for Adult SFF. Thanks.

Thank you so much for this forecast of what look like some great reads! Is this 100 characters yet?

This was a diverse collection of excerpts from multiple genres, publishers, and authors. They included several LGBTQIA+ novels in different genres. It's easy to request a book if you're interested, there's a link at the end of every excerpt along with information about the publisher and other pertinent information. I'm already looking forward to next seasons preview.
