Thank you, NetGalley, for this sampler! I always appreciate being able to sample chapters from books, as it provides me with useful insight about whether or not to request an ARC.

Loved the snippets of some of the new books coming out! It was such a good way to find out more about some of the releases everyone was talking about

I'm so excited for these new books! I got some really good recommendations from this list, but I wish more of the books included were 'Read Now' rather than just 'Request'.

Thank you to NetGalley and Publishers Lunch for this Sampler Book. It was wonderful to have a wide variety of different titles without having to juggle ALL the individual books.

I really enjoyed this sample of titles. I always love to get my hands on these samp!es. I honestly wish there were more.

Thank you Netgalley and the publisher for sharing this sampler of upcoming romance novels. This was a treat being able to read a bit from each of these authors, which was helpful in deciding on what I wanted to add to by tbr. One of my favorites was I Got Abducted by Aliens, and Now I'm Trapped in a Rom-Com. I have read all of the books in Kimberly Lemming's Mead Mishaps series, so i was super excited to see how she would transport her magic and humor into a new series.

I want to read these for everything now!!
LOVE these couple chapters from each book, just enough to see if they seem interesting. Short teasers of the ones you like and skipping past those you don't.
Most looking forward to reading:
Heart of the Sun by Mia Sheridan
Showmance by Chad Beguelin

Buzz Books 2024: Romance offers an exciting preview of the upcoming year in romance, showcasing a carefully selected mix of authors and stories to excite fans of the genre. This anthology provides readers with a taste of some of the most anticipated romance novels of 2024, making it a must-read for anyone eager to dive into new releases and discover fresh voices in the world of romance.
From heartwarming contemporaries to swoon-worthy historicals and even a few fantasy-infused love stories, *Buzz Books 2024: Romance* delivers a little something for everyone. The excerpts are well-curated, giving readers a glimpse of what’s to come without feeling too overwhelming. The pacing of the collection works well, ensuring each story stands on its own while still fitting seamlessly into the overall anthology.
What stands out in this collection is the diversity of voices and perspectives. Whether it’s a steamy rom-com or a more tender, introspective romance, the featured authors explore a variety of themes and dynamics, each with their unique spin. Fans of the genre will find much to be excited about, and the anthology succeeds in building anticipation for the full novels that follow.
However, as with any anthology, not every story will resonate with every reader. Some excerpts felt more engaging than others, and there were a few that I wished had delved a bit deeper into character development. Still, that's to be expected when sampling short excerpts, and it doesn’t diminish the overall appeal of the collection.
Ultimately, it is a fantastic way to discover new authors and get a sneak peek at the year’s upcoming romances. Whether you're a long-time romance reader or just looking for a fresh book to add to your to-read list, this anthology is sure to have something to spark your interest. Highly recommended for those who love romance with a variety of flavors to explore.

The Jasmine Guillory preview did not disappoint. Most of the other titles were already out when I downloaded.

I love samplers like this one for putting new books on my radar. This did not disappoint, as I added several upcoming romance novels to my TBR, including First-Time Caller by B. K. Borrison. This is a great read for any romance genre fans out there!
Thank you to NetGalley and Publisher's Lunch Buzz Books for an advanced copy of this book in exchange for my honest review!

The books that are included in collections like these are helpful to libraries when we are not completely sure as to what books we should add to our catalog. There are various tools that we use, and this is just an extra one that we have access to.

Always such a great peak into what is coming out. I love referring to these previews to get me excited for what is to come and to build my TBR.

This edition is light on my preferred genre, historical fiction. I was still interested in seeing what is coming up, though!

This was a great way to learn about new authors and upcoming books. I wasn't sure what to expect when I first got this. However it's been great reading some authors I have been interested in checking out without the commitment of an entire book. I will definitely look forward to the next launch. I also really liked how you can ask for the galley of the book once you have finished the chapter. It also helped to streamline what you read by having it organized by genre. I could check out what I was interested in without having to go through genres I wasn't normally into.

This was so fun. I enjoyed reading about this thoughtfully chosen collection of books releasing over the next year. I had heard of a couple of the titles, but the rest were entirely new to me. Some of the books started with a little summary-style introduction, and others jumped right into the excerpts. I found it helpful to read a little of each book and get a feel for each author’s style, and this gave me a much better idea of which books I would like to read (and which ones aren’t as good of a fit for me personally).
Thank you to NetGalley for letting me read an eARC of this title so that I could give my honest review.

Thank you to Netgalley for this condensed version of snippets of various types of romance books releasing in 2024. This gives the reader an idea whether they want to request the full book on Netgalley. Perfect for Viracious readers.

📚Good taste of novels not on my radar🙂
This compendium of romance novel sample chapters was a great way to try new authors for their writing style and their books for the plots. I liked the way the volume identified the subgenre of each sample so I could concentrate on the categories I most prefer. And something I've not seen before: this issue identifies stories by the age category of the targeted reader (Adult, New Adult and Young Adult. About half of the samples I read turned out to make me want to find and read the entire novel.
Thanks to Publishers Lunch BUZZ BOOKS and NetGalley for sharing a complimentary copy with me; this is my voluntary and honest opinion.

My TBR grew to an alarming length after reading this! I appreciate that it was compiled by genre/trope and also by age/category. Thank you for putting this together!

This is a Great way to find books. I got this so I can discover more authors. Links are included so you request an arc.

I’ve recently started reading excerpts. It’s an easy way to quickly decide if a book is for me instead of requesting it then realizing a chapter in one of the characters annoys me or an undisclosed topic is not my trope. Of course, one of the issues with excerpts is that it can pull you in quickly then you don’t want to put the book down when the excerpt is over. That’s a good thing.
I enjoyed the way this sampler was setup. There are 21 romance titles included. It had sections for the various subgenres (Contemporary, Paranormal, Sports, etc.), so if you want to you can skip through to the type of romance that interests you. I went through each one and read the summary and when interested I continued with the rest of the excerpt. I found several books that I had previously considered for my TBR and these excerpts answered whether they should be on the list or if I needed to boot them. I also added a few that I hadn’t considered but caught my attention as I read through the samples. Overall I only chose four books, but I am picky when it comes to romance
Thank you to Netgalley and Publishers Lunch Buzz Books for a copy provided for an honest review.
