Absolutely loved getting to read some of these chapters and cannot wait to read some of the full length novels. It’s great to get to sample them so I know what to request!

Great teasers for upcoming books - I like the option to directly request copies from the snippet pages. I had not seen this as an option on here before but now I know to look for it.

These upcoming books look really good! I recognized Jasmine from the cover but did request First Time Caller after reading this!

Great to know up and coming romance books. Added a couple of these to my TBR.
Without this I am not sure I would have known about some of them as I believe sub-genres like post apocalyptic romance are quite niche, so I don’t think I would ordinarily come across them.

This was the first Buzz Book I’ve downloaded and I really liked it! With so many books being released, it’s hard to keep up with everything. I love that this has excerpts for several different romance books. It introduced me to several new-to-me authors and I loved getting excerpts of some of my favorite authors’ upcoming work! The excerpts are broken out by category and age so that helped narrow down what I would be most interested in reading.

This was neat and I will definitely check out more Buzz Books in the future!

As always the excerpts deliver and I’m able to discover books that never crossed my radar. It also gave me a chance to check out a few books that I was so curious about and now I’m eager for them to release. Thanks to NetGalley and the publishers for the samples.

Buzz Books 2024: Romance offers a look into upcoming romance novels by in a wide variety of sub-genres including contemporary, paranormal, regency, rom-com, romantasy, sc-fi, and sports for YA, New Adult and Adult. It includes well-known names (to me) like Jasmine Guillory, Juliette Cross, and Kristy Boyce.

What a delightful way to be introduced to a bunch of upcoming romance books! I really enjoyed the *amount* of information packed into this. I will definitely be using it to find books for myself as well as for my library. I have full ARCs of at least a few of these :)

These are so fun! I love getting excerpts so I can choose which books I am really interested in this year. Usually I can tell by the blurb and author which books I want to read, but every once in a while there's something that doesn't catch my eye that I really love or something that doesn't live up to the marketing for me.

My Take:
I always find pleasure in reading these for a glimpse of what's forthcoming. However, to be candid, I often don't encounter many books that resonate with me due to a lack of diversity. This edition was a pleasant surprise! It featured authors who write across various genres, including romantasy, sapphic contemporary, historical, and paranormal. I hope Buzz Books maintains this direction, incorporating indie and smaller publishers, ensuring the authors represent the diversity of the reviewers and readers. Overall, excellent work! Two of the highlighted books are already slated for my book club discussions.

I really enjoyed getting sneak peeks of Buzz Books 2024: Romance. I loved the information about the book (synopsis, release date, number of pages, cover, etc) as well as a couple of chapters to give you a real preview of what you could read. There were my obvious favorites - B.K. Borison's "First Time Caller" has me screaming for more! And some surprises for me were the Mia Sheridan book "Heart of the Sun" as well as authors I hadn't heard of yet like Clare Osongco and her book "Midnights With You" or Kristy Boyce "Dating and Dragons."

To me, this was like the chance to virtually sit in a bookstore and pluck books off the shelf and read a few pages/chapters before deciding to buy or not. I really enjoyed this and would certainly do again if given the chance!
