OK so I'll be honest - I only knew of Vernon Davis from Dancing with the Stars. Now that we've got that out of the way, I really enjoyed his memoir, especially as an audiobook! The narration is fantastic, and I really think is the only way to read this book. It was a very powerful memoir, and I enjoyed hearing about his life growing up, his college/pro career, and where he went from there. I learned so much about him, and really enjoyed the audiobook! He has many interesting stories to tell, and I love hearing about his life after football (and his brief experience with DWTS!) I would highly recommend, even to people who may not know him well!

As a big 49ers fan I was so excited when I saw that Vernon Davis had written a memoir! I listened to his life story (he narrated it except for a beginning exert) - it was so interesting to hear about how he was raised and what led to how his life played out!
