Historical fiction at its finest! Last Twilight In Paris was impossible to put down, impeccably researched, and one of the most engaging books I’ve read this year. I love books that not only entertain you, but also educate you, and Last Twilight In Paris did just that. Historical fiction is my favorite genre, and I mostly read books set during WWII, but I have never read anything about Lévitan. Jenoff did a phenomenal job weaving two timelines together to tell such a heartbreaking, yet hopeful story of two women, connected by one necklace.

I absolutely loved how this book was told in alternating POV from both Helaine and Louise. It’s the type of book that will keep you guessing until the very end, with twists that you do not see coming. I truly loved the amount of research the author put into this book and I loved how I learned about an area I knew nothing about before reading this book. This is a must read for anyone who loves historical fiction. This book will be on my mind for a very long time and one I will be recommending to everyone! Rich in historical detail, Last Twilight In Paris is a fascinating read!

Another gem by Pam Jenoff! The beauty of Jenoff's historical fiction is that her books are inspired by true events. Thus, we learn pieces of history through her books. Jenoff takes us to a Parisian department store and presents us with a mystery of. a missing necklace. Suffice it to say that you won't be able to put this book down! Plan on reading in one sitting! Pam Jenoff’s Last Twilight in Paris is an irresistible blend of romance, espionage, and bravery set against the backdrop of WWII. The story pulls you in from page one, delivering pulse-pounding suspense and heart-wrenching emotion. I couldn’t turn the pages fast enough. Every chapter felt like a ticking time bomb, full of heart-stopping twists.

It is a story of hope, perseverance and the strength that love gives. Ms. Jenoff is one of my absolute favorite authors and Last Twilight in Paris is one of her best works. The thing I love most about Ms. Jenoff's books is the attention to detail. The amount of research that goes into her work is incredible. She takes the reader into a little known period of history and it just comes alive. Last Twilight in Paris is a haunting story that will stay with you long after you finish the book. It is not to be missed.

Amazing Read! Unforgettable Read!
Last Twilight in Paris is about a parisian department store, the mysterious necklace and a woman's quest to unlock a decades-old mystery. This novel is one that is so exciting but also a page turner from beginning to end. The author was new to me and I am looking forward to reading more of this author's books. It was written so beautifully but it also had an engaging plot with great character development. I loved all of the characters in this but I especially loved Louise and seeing how she solves a decade old mystery. The book is one full of hope, heart, betrayal, love and so much more. I will be thinking of this unforgettable read for awhile. I loved this book and would recommend it to any reader but this is a must read if you love historical fiction. An unforgettable story of tragedy and perseverance during one of history’s most devastating wars. Jenoff takes us on a journey of discovery and truth following two women navigating war time. One is Jewish and is arrested in Paris, while the other volunteered with the Red Cross and is looking for answers post war. A tale of love, loss, hope, and survival. I highly recommend not only for fans of historical fiction but anyone who loves when a story comes to life.

Last Twilight in Paris was another good read by Pam Jenoff! The way she blends her stories and touches on topics that not many people have heard of from history and creates a heart clenching read is wonderful and creates a great read! The story has great character development and is told from both women's points of views so you can really get a good read on both characters and get completely immersed in their lives! Is a fast paced story full of heart, hope, twists and turns, betrayal and love that will have you hooked from the first page and stay with you long after the last!

This is another great book meticulously researched by a very talented author. Pam Jenoff always writes a unique story that grabs your attention while teaching us another aspect of World War II. She carefully blends a mystery with love and honor as she highlights the atrocities and suffering of so many people. Good character development by the two women who narrate the story, one living through the war and the other shortly thereafter. I thought both storylines were engaging. The war takes a toll on all including Louise’s husband Joe and their marriage but as they struggle they develop a deeper understanding of each other. Gabriel and Helaine’s story also held my interest as she was forced to be imprisoned and work in a former department store that now sold confiscated items from the Jews to be sold to the Germans. The romance that she incorporates into the novel makes it easier to digest all the horrors endured. #LastTwilightInParis #PamJenoff #NetGalley
