We have a lot of smoothies at our house, so I was curious what might be included in the book. 365 Skinny Smoothies comes through with the promise in the title. However, there a few complaints. Many ofnthe recipes include repeats of ingredients, which makes sense, as smoothies are pretty general. It just means that your 365 smoothies aren't all novel smoothies separate in themselves. The book lacks some organization which would make it more useful as a resource. The recipes themselves often lack amounts, which for those actually counting calories in their smoothies or hoping it would turn out exactly as in the recipes, matters. Overall, there isn't anything new in this book, and there are better resources out there.

Great smoothie recipes, more than you could ever use or want, but that's ok. Variety is great and if you're looking for something new to try, this book is an excellent choice.
