A woman wakes on the shore of a remote lake in the middle of the night with no memory of who she is or how she ended up near the lake. She finds a house nearby with a handsome stranger, Gregg, and the mystery begins.

The synopsis on this on is deliberately brief and I can't reveal more without spoilers. Suffice to say this was not what I was expecting and it had plenty of twists and turns to keep me engaged. It was my first by the authors and I look forward to reading more.

I really did not see the ending coming. It definitely had an interesting twist, but I am not sure that I loved where the twist went.

She wakes on the shore of a remote lake in the middle of the night, freezing and afraid. With no memory of who she is or how she got there, she stumbles frantically toward the lights of a house. The handsome stranger who lives there is shocked to see a woman on his doorstep and takes her in! Good book! This book had suspense, intrigue, action, murder, mystery, a fantastic who done it that I did not see coming! and a few crazy twists and turns. The story was interesting! I definitely recommend reading this book! Thank you NetGalley and the publisher for sharing this book with me!
