While I have been quite a fan of this series so far, I found with this fourth addition to the series that things were getting a bit monotonous. Don't get me wrong, I still enjoyed Jessica's journey and delving more into her history but there just seemed to be a lack of character inclusion - all the characters I fell in love with were seemingly absent. It was still a good, fast read. I just would have liked a bit more... that being said I will still continue reading this series - I am hoping everything picks back up again in the next book!

I love all the books in this series. Werewolves and shifters are the best! I'd highly recommend Amanda Carlson's writing to anyone looking for a great, adult fantasy read.

I've tried numerous times to get back into this series, but it just doesn't click for me. I'm giving up.
