Filled with tons of tips and tricks not only for sharing bookish content, but also for creating a presence on numerous social media websites.

Great! Gave me the kickstart i needed to post reviews on netgalley, otherwise I would have been a bit lost. Thanks for putting this informative piece together for us to reference!

I really enjoyed that NetGalley made social media simple for its readers. It gave examples across platforms and examples for multiple roles a person may hold. The content was great and I recommend it for a starting point on your journey on the internet.

A brief guide to starting and managing a social media presence promoting books. To be honest, I didn't find it all that helpful. I think it's geared to complete novices, and if I'd never done or read anything about generating content for social media it probably would have helped me.. There is also a section for BookTok and Bookstagram. I use neither, and don't plan to start, but if I do, I will return to this handbook.

I haven’t yet decided whether I’m going to proceed with starting a Bookstagram account. I had planned to, and then became very overwhelmed about where to begin! This booklet has helped me to organise my thoughts and acts as a very useful step-by-step guide. If I do go ahead, I know that this will be invaluable.
Thankyou to We Are Bookish for providing this resource.

This book promotion guide offers a clear overview of each social media platform along with tips for getting started. It helps you choose what media might suit your style as an author and mentions useful sites for follow-through. Strategic planning, book review tips and helpful resources are mentioned. I might have liked more details but as a short, easily readable introductory guide to social media, this works well. Easy to follow with precise explanations, NetGalley’s Social Media Guide belongs on your bookshelves.

A really helpful starting guide to the basics of social media! Would recommend this to anyone starting out. It covers so much detail in such a short amount of space and is very insightful.

Well written and packed full of useful tips and tricks to help you succeed on you journey. Excellent artwork throughout which keeps you engaged. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking to grow their social media following.

As someone who's newly getting into book reviewing, this handbook was extremely helpful. It brought up points that I hadn't thought of before. My goal is to get back into reading like I used to so between Netgalley, Goodreads, and my friends I'm hoping I'll stay inspired!

This was very helpful, it gave tips on how to run a social media & guided you through it. I struggle with my social medias, but I'll definitely think about this in the future when I need it.

This handbook is digestible and to-the-point, with practical tips. Having grown up with social media, I perhaps get a bit jaded when it comes to advice on how to use it since I take it for granted. This was great for getting back to basics. Running a bookstagram/tube/tok is different from running a personal social media, and there were some fantastic tips for how to customize your page for the platform you’re using, to make your page pop, and tricks for efficient cross-posting. When trying to make a name for yourself, there can be a lot of pressure to be on every platform and to make every post unique, but that can become overwhelming, so I liked that it broke down the different strengths of each platform and advised that you could pick just whichever one(s) suit the kind of content you want to make. I loved that it included easily accessible links for more information, and listed other specific resources to go to for graphics and photo editing. All around very thorough, while leaving room for your own touch.
Thank you We Are Bookish for the review copy! I leave my review honestly and voluntarily.

Sehr gutes Handbuch und super Tipps. Eine Deutsche Version bezogen auf den deutschen Markt wäre ebenfalls toll.

Short but super handy guide for new NetGalley users. It offers clear insights on how to write reviews and share them across different platforms.

Loved this quick guide!! As a new NG member and relatively new booktuber, I wanted to make the most of my ARC review journey from the start. This is as a great starter guide and now that I’ve been approved for my first ARCs I can’t wait to get started!

Very straightforward and informative. A good insight as to how creators should format and model their reviews for various platforms. Much appreciated

I love when NetGalley gives us guides! Super helpful for a newer reviewer like myself. I find myself coming back to this when I am posting bookish content even outside of NetGalley reviews.

A short, tip- and resource-filled reference for getting started with posting book reviews on Social Media. Includes both general tips, platform-specific suggestions, and offers ideas for tools to use to make the process easier. Very useful to keep on hand and refer back to.
Even experienced reviewers should be able to find something interesting and useful in this guide.

I've had bookstagram for over a year now and found here a couple of useful tips in this handbook. I'll refer to it from time to time to audit my account and content!

Another excellent guide for how to spread your love of books over social media, with more do's and don'ts, quick guides and tips, written in an easy-to-digest format - perfect for anyone just starting their NetGalley journey!

For all people who are associated and/or aspire to talk about books and write about your interactions with a book and share the same across social media then We are bookish publications and blogs are a mandatory go-to user manual to hone this art.
The books have helped me in structuring my reviews instead of the passionate rants or odes that I used to write when I first started a few years back.
This social media handbook is another strong entry to help prospective book reviewers to connect with social media successfully. It gives a complete overview as well as how to go about it for several popular social media.
A perfect book for beginners and also for people who are not able to get a feel of the process.
