Really helpful if you want to start/grow book social media platforms.
Includes multiple apps/media.

An excellent book provided by Netgalley. The Social Media Handbook prepares users to give reviews and engage with audiences on digital platforms.

As someone who has never really done review content for social media, this was incredibly helpful. Now I know what people are expecting.

A great resource for beginners, very useful.
Loved the Hashtag guide and the Canva tips
Overall some great tips

Thanks, NetGalley! This is very useful to me! I will be using this to help write my reviews on social media.

Aaand this was the final NetGalley resource I discovered after already diving into the world of ARCs. Whoops!! But it’s never too late to learn additional tips to improve how (when, & where) to leave reviews for the ARCs I get approved for. Thanks again NetGalley! These guides have all been wonderful.

The Social Media Handbook is a straightforward and useful guide for anyone looking to improve their online presence. It covers a range of platforms and offers practical tips on everything from planning content to using tools like Canva. I even found a few ideas that I’ll be using at work. A solid resource for both new and experienced users.

Super helpful! I've had a bookstagram for about 6 months and recently started a writing and reading blog and all the information here was presented in a complete and digestible format. I especially liked the sections on Content Planning and Accessibility Tips.
Highly recommend reading this for any book advocate!

Super helpful info on social media content. I like that its broken down by platform.
I recommend everyone gives it a read, i'm so glad i found it!

This is a helpful resource for understanding how to use the NetGalley platform more effectively with social media. It’s not a book for review purposes, but I appreciate the clear instructions and layout. Logging this as feedback to maintain an accurate record.

I'm still working to build my online/social media presence. This handbook had a lot of useful information and tips to help me jump in. Very through and easy to follow.

NetGalley has some what basic but useful tips for introduction to social media.
Most people who have been consistently using social media are likely to be familiar with the contents of this handbook, but it would be useful for beginners.

This self help guide I would recommend to anyone starting out within the book community online. It so clearly set out, and easy to read. It uses good simple language with relevant graphics and photos. It emphasises being consistent with your posts, that making meaningful connections on social media platforms to grow your own and covers booktok, booktube, booksta, good reads and blogs. I currently use canva but had not heard of snapseed which was great to learn about!

Very helpful for how to engage and plan on social media for my reviews. I think it will help me build my audience and also find my voice a bit more for my reviews.

This quick ebook/article was very helpful for a new NetGalley user as well as someone just starting out on their book influencer journey! I wish I had read this right away, but a few months late is better than never! There are tips for various social media platforms as well as other platforms. It also includes some recommendations on how to actually do the reviews. Thank you We Are Bookish!

Very helpful to know what and how to post on social media for Net Galley books. Will definitely be using to share my reads!

This was a really great overview and guide to getting started on social media and/or blogging! Actually super helpful, as I've definitely thought about getting more serious about requesting ARCs and sharing feedback.
Thanks NetGalley for the handbook!

I am so glad I found this. As a person new-ish to the social media side of the book community, this handbook is indeed very handy! There is a lot of information, and if you are a visual learner, there is tons of photos to aid you!

I have recently started managing social media content (we do feature a lot of book-ish content) for my library and found this to be an AMAZING resource. Starting social media can feel really overwhelming, but I think that this is a great resource to make it feel more manageable. There are some really great tips provided (and I will be saving a copy of this to use as reference).
Thank you NetGalley and We Are Bookish for publishing these guides!

Informative, great for those new to NetGally. I was for tips I had not learned yet, but personally didn't gain any new info.
