This was a really good and informative book to learn more about how to use NetGalley! As someone very new to the site, and bookstagram/booktok/goodreads, this was extremely informative in how I can get closer to getting the arcs that I want. I really enjoyed the social media aspect of this book, and the way that it explained better ways to use storygraph and goodreads. A must-read for anyone looking to get into the book community- newcomers will definitely love it here! Thank you NetGalley!

This is a really great resource for readers just starting out in the bookish communities. Acting as a guide, talking you through all the steps to create your accounts with tips and even suggesting why certain social media platforms may be better than others for users.

As a new NetGalley member, this book was super informative for me. Not only was it full of useful advice and tips, they provided examples and links out to more resources. This is the ultimate reference guide for someone who is sharing their own book journeys on social media. It covers all the platforms and how to adjust your reviews/content to fit each platform’s audience and style.

The layout and presentation also made the book easy to navigate and more enjoyable to read versus having it formatted like a textbook! All book reviewers would find this resource so valuable.

Nothing revolutionary but it did have some good tips, and I actually did learn a couple of things. I’m not sure how/why but I did not realize that NetGalley had book specific hashtags from the publishers above the description, like I’ve literally never noticed that somehow.
