This is the perfect resource for book lovers - I already have a bookstagram but was thinking about starting something new soon! This book has so many great things to know before you get started!

NetGalley’s Social Media Handbook is navigational compass for book advocates.

This comprehensive guide covers major social media channels, how to post reviews across platforms, and tips for posting engaging content. My favorite section was the quick overview on content planning and the importance of an organized and consistent approach.

My only suggestion is to name the PDF file the same as the title. Right now it’s a series of numbers.

Overall this was an engaging, informative read that can be a handy reference tool for newbies and veteran book advocates alike Thank you NetGalley for providing this Handbook..

This handbook is well-organized and full of specific tips, It was mainly review for me, and I used it as a pep talk for branching out to another platform.

My favorite tip was 'Embrace the Flatlay.' As soon as I post this I'm going on a treasure hunt for photo props.

I would have preferred fewer colors and less visual clutter. The friendly vibe is great, yet I find it easier to focus on a clean layout.

This will be especially valuable to people new to NetGalley or unfamiliar with social media and book platforms.

With do's and dont's for many different platforms, this book is a fantastic resource to help professionals get started with reviewing books on social media. It explains how to connect social media links to a NetGalley profile to make it easier for publishers to learn more about the type of reading professionals are applying to review their books. There are links throughout the book to different articles to help the reader make the most of the learning experience. I would definitely recommend this for anyone getting started on their NetGalley journey.
