This handbook is a wonderful introduction to the book world and how to start as a reviewer! Definitely check this out to learn everything you want to know about writing reviews, starting your book-ish social media, and ARCs. It is well written with enough detail to be in-depth, but a quick read to get started on NetGalley.

I would rate this title a 4/5 stars. My only nitpick is that I wish there was more! This guide was really short and I would have enjoyed even more content and tips. I will definitely check out NetGalley's other resources for more information after this short read.

This has been so handy. Ty this book with it’s scrapbook style, keeps it simple and the give a lot of information. This means that one won’t get overwhelmed or tired from bland teacher.

This book goes over all the platform, what they are good for and how to use them. Also more about reviews and how to connect with followers. It is a book I will continue use this as a great resource book.

This is a handy dandy notebook to keep around and look back on! I love these notebooks and how essential they can be to help out when you need to know something.

I am planning on changing things up a little next year as the social side of my book blog kinda got left behind this year and I didn't concentrate on growing it at all. Some of the links were really useful too as I had missed the 13 review formats post. It has easy 1 page guides for each platform too.

Some things that surprised me, don't tag authors in anything but 5 star reviews. I usually tag them for 4/5 stars but not if lower.

Reviewing is hard and to appeal to the social media audience is harder. NetGalley's guide makes it so much easier with tips and tricks for things like Canva and how to write for a specific audience.

This is an extremely handy little book - I help with the social media for my library so this was a very useful tool for how to talk about books and get a wider reach. I'm pretty social media literate, so this was used as a good reminder.

This is a very handy handbook if you want to start with a bookaccount. You can find lots of tips to create you account and how to interact on it.
If you already have an account, it is still informing to read. Although I didn't learn a lot of it. I knew most of the information, but it is a useful repetition.

This was extremely helpful! I'm trying to grow my social media platforms and this handbook gave me some much needed advice and I'm looking forward to implementing all of it soon! It is a fantastic social media guide for professional and amateur book reviewers alike and for those of us who always want to improve the way we do things! A nice little book to get you started with various social media sites. I like that, while they have larger tutorials, they keep it short and sweet with links to more information if you're interested. Definitely a book to check out if you're just getting started with reviewing books and want to spread your social media and internet presence. It's also good for those who might already have one social media review going and want to branch out to different types. Lots of good info about cross posting.

A short guide with beautiful graphics that's organized nicely and easy to go through! NetGalley's Social Media Handbook is packed with very useful information that will help any person reading books and sharing their opinions about them online. It covers all the different social media platforms that one could use to share their reviews and has a plethora of great tricks and tips for novices and experienced reviewers alike.
