This was very useful! I have been a part of the bookish community since 2017. I have been a member of Netgalley since 2019 and I noticed the more recent upgrades, tools, and social media impact in the bookish community. In addition, I understand more now how to utilize social media and the impact it can make as far as books and supporting authors. I hope Netgalley makes more tools and informative products like this I would love to read and review them! Thank you Netgalley from the bottom my heart for the tools and support!

Social media can definitely be overwhelming. I try to stick to just a few apps and I'm now even more comfortable in my decision to not do video review after reading the tips here. I appreciate the advice and will implement some of the tips here for things I didn't consider, such as tagging the publisher.

NetGalley comes through with yet another tool to help boost your NetGalley experience! After reviewing the Reading Journal and Book Advocate Toolkit, have kept an eye out for anything else NetGalley publishes to assist reviewers. This was a great introduction and explanation of the various social media platforms and how to get started with them. I primarily post on Instagram and GoodReads, but I have been curious about some of the other platforms out there, and this has once again got me thinking about if I can expand my reach with other platforms. I will be investigating some of the options discussed to see how I might be able to share books on more platforms and be more effective with my tags and hashtags. Thank you for providing this!

What a short and concise guidebook for a beginner lke me. I’ve surely learnt something as small as how to provide review to staying organised in various social media platforms. This is a great beginning guide to starting a bookish social media! Most all platforms are covered at least a little bit and all of the information is specific to the platform they are currently talking about.

Netgalley's Social Media Handbook is a great resource for those trying to make a place for themselves on different social media websites. From videos on Tiktok to posts on Instagram, the handbook gives many great ideas to increasing ones presence in the ever growing book community.
