This is a niche area that will have deep appeal to a certain type of grandmother, but the general public, even the general knitting public, not so much. Most of the projects require small amounts of several colors of yarn, and some use specialty yarns such as metallic, boucle, and eyelash yarn that would require either a large stash or a willingness to spend large amounts of cash and have lots of leftovers.
