I fell in love with Dean! Jenny is a wildy strong personality for a FMC. I love it! The romance was definitely slow burn, but it was amazing. Thank you for perking up my holiday season. Thank you to the publisher and to NetGalley for the free ARC.

To start, I haven't read book 1 in the Holiday Romance series, which develops the romance between Dr Gwen & celebrity Caleb. However, I was still able to enjoy this story as a standalone and have all intentions to go back to book 1!
The dual POVs always make me a little nervous because if not executed well, it is easy to get confused on the person speaking and the timeline being discussed. I felt this story was easy to follow along. The dual POV helped build my connection with the characters which for me personally makes or breaks a book.
The mixture of romance, suspense and the holiday festivities was the perfect mix for me.
I love a good Grumpy-Sunshine romance.
Gwen is somewhat self-centered and her whole demeanor was "woe is me". The love between Caleb and Gwen was palpable and overall had me cheering them on.
Jenny and Dean were my favorite. Who doesn't love a good bodyguard romance with some forced proximity? Between the two couples Jenny and Dean had my full attention, I really was excited to find out how it all ended.
Overall great Rom-Com with a little spice. Great for a quick holiday read.
Thank you, Victory Editing, NetGalley and Dr. Melissa Dymond for this ARC in exchange for an honest review!

This was such a cute and enjoyable read. The spice was just right and no spoilers but IYKYK! I’m so thankful for this read!! Thank you.

I read the “spicy” version and it was not to my liking. I prefer mystery to lurid details. Perfect romance book for the holidays with drama of a stalker.

I have been waiting for ‘Holiday Wedding’ and it went far beyond my expectations! Dr Dymond knocked it out of the park!!
Gwen and Caleb are getting married!!! But issues keep arising… and they need to keep communicating for everything to go well.
Jenny and Dean are thrown together and they have to be nice to each other, which is a tall order... Then they start to see each other for who they really are...and they are amazing together. I just knew it! I love love love their chemistry and their banter. Dean is amazing… His grumpy exterior hides a compassionate interior. Jenny doesn't believe in herself…but finally she sees that others believe in her because she's worth it. They understand each other so well…. And the spice! Yummy!!! And if you prefer no spice, there's a clean version too!!
I love how this book covers two couples and it really works!!!!
This book is awesome sauce!! I can't wait for more in this universe!!!

This was exactly what I was hoping from a holiday book! It has the romance (some especially spicy bits), the drama, the mishaps/setbacks, and I was surprised to find a little suspense as well!
There are some good side plots and I’m very hopeful that this author will do some spinoff books with other characters as the main characters 🤞🏻 I don’t want to drop spoilers, but this quenched my holiday vibe AND my suspense desire as well.
The book was well-written and flowed so well. I will definitely be checking out other books by this author!!

This was such a good second book in a series. It had such a good mix of romance, spice, and mystery. I loved that instead of moving onto the next couple, we got the continued romance of Gwen and Caleb from book 1 and then we followed Jenny’s romance as well. I feel like often in second books in a series with a new couple you only see the original couple through brief mentions from the new couple. I enjoyed that we still followed their story through Gwen’s perspective. And I felt it didn’t deter from Jenny’s new romance. I also loved the added twist of mystery and suspense that was thrown in with Caleb’s stalker. Overall, it was such a fun quick read.

Thank you NetGalley for the ARC! I really like a holiday book but it seemed like the only tie to the holidays in this book is that the wedding was around Christmas. Personally, I found the two plots didn't intersect well and there were quite a lot of random twists and turns put in quickly at the end. I think the book was trying to do too much.

I enjoyed Jenny’s story and watching her relationship develop with Dean. However I just felt like there was too much going on in this book. You have a wedding, a new relationship, a stalker, a kidnapping, new friends, travel etc. I was kinda bummed the stalker and kidnapping wasn’t more
Than just a few pages. Overall the characters were likable and I enjoyed reading this book.

First, I LOVE that there are 2 available versions of this book; spicy and closed door. I read the spicy one and I usually only like a moderately spicy book and this one was perfect.
I loved that you really get 2 love stories in one! I also loved that it had a little suspense and intrigue within as the characters were trying to uncover a stalker.
This was my first book from this author and I’d definitely read another!

I thought I was reading a simple holiday romance novel.. But it was so much more! I loved the dual POV, it made the story extra interesting. But also the plot was really good, I never saw it coming and it kept me hooked until the end.
I didn't really care about the pregnancy though. While the major plot was really original, I saw this coming from a mile away. Especially talking about the baby during a spicy scene is a major turn off for me. I felt like the story also didn't need it, but that's just my two cents.

Caleb is a celebrity, and Gwen is an accomplished doctor; they’re scheduled to get married at Christmas. But will a snowstorm, a stalker, and the pressures of fame get in the way? This is a fun holiday romantic suspense with great action and great romance. It’s the second book about Caleb and Gwen, and although it will probably make more sense if you read them in order, the author does a great job of recapping what happened so you don’t feel lost. I also loved the romance between Dean (the bodyguard) and Jenny (the best friend). I definitely want more of their story! If you’re looking for a good holiday romantic suspense, look no further!
Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for the opportunity to read before pub day! ARC was provided by the publisher via Netgalley in exchange for an honest review. HOLIDAY WEDDING is out now!

Holiday Wedding is the perfect blend of festive romance and suspense, delivering all the cozy vibes of a holiday rom-com with an added edge of mystery! Gwen and Caleb’s love story is sweet and heartwarming, but it’s Jenny and Dean who steal the show with their grumpy-sunshine, enemies-to-lovers dynamic. The witty banter, forced proximity, and snowed-in moments kept me hooked, while the stalker subplot added a pulse-pounding twist to this festive tale.
Whether you prefer your romance spicy or sweet, this book has something for everyone. The dual POV made it easy to connect with both Gwen’s wedding day challenges and Jenny’s reluctant team-up with the broody Dean. This is a must-read for fans of swoon-worthy love stories with a holiday twist!

This was the perfect book to kick off the fun Holiday vibes 🎄. I am a big fan of Melissa’s work, and this book is no different. All the characters had such charm but two words - DEAN MADDOX. It is worth the read alone just to meet this man 🥰. I also loved that the book comes in a clean format as well. Obviously, I recommend the spicy one 💀. So excited for this month’s reads and I’m glad I picked this one to start it off right!

A fun take on a dual POV and grumpy x sunshine trope. I found that the characters were well developed and there were several moments that made me actually laugh out loud while reading it. At first, I didn’t realize it was part of Holiday Star, which I read. Once I figured that out, it made the read even more enjoyable.
Thanks to NetGalley for the ARC!

Thank you to Melissa Dymond, the publisher and NetGalley for giving me access to this book in exchange for an honest review.
This holiday romantic comedy was truly good! I loved the festive themes and the added suspense throughout the story. The chemistry between Dean and Jenny was just WOW, making their relationship feel very jolly ;) . I also appreciated the dual point of view; it really enhanced the understanding of the characters.
Although it took me a little while to dive into the story at first, I eventually found myself fully engaged. I should mention that I hadn't read the first book, which might have provided additional context.
Overall, it was great storytelling with a wonderful atmosphere!

This was an easy read that had romance, mystery, action, & over the top drama. It had dual POV between Gwen & Jenny relationship with their love interest. I know the story is mostly focused on Gwen & Caleb, but at times their relationship seemed over the top and cliche. I would of preferred more of Jenny & Dean’s story. What pulled me in their story was their banter, the build up to their relationship and the classic trope of enemies to lovers. I, also, liked Christmas taking place in NYC, I wish more of that would have been told. Overall, it was an easy read, with too much spice for my liking.
Thank you to Dr. Melissa Dymond and NetGalley for this ARC to give an honest review.

Tis the season for a little holiday arc!
I don’t usually read romance books, but I always get tempted to give them another chance every time christmas comes around, and this ended up being the first one I have finished in years. It had loads of lovely christmas elements sprinkled throughout the book, as well as mystery and suspense.
I did unfortunately have a hard time really connecting to any of the characters, or feeling really invested in the plot, but it was a quick read, with loads of little festive details! It would probably be a better read if you’re more into romance books than I am, but I have to give them a try every now and then!
What you can expect:
Holiday vibes
Wedding planning
Enemies to lovers and forced proximity
A little casual stalking to get you in the christmas spirit perhaps?
Oh no, the enemies gets snowed in by a blizzard, that can’t possibly end well… 👀
Mental health rep

This book had a lot of twists which were unexpected based on the cover which added a unique twist on the story as we follow Gwen and her celebrity fiance. Dean and Jenny ALSO deserve their own book as their chemistry I craved more of. Everything that is crushed into the last 15% of the book confused me because it could have been more drawn out for me personally.
