I sincerely hope you aren't tired of hearing me talk about this book because I freaking loved it. Call Me Saffron was my first book from Talia Quinn and I know for certain that it will not be my last. It is the story of Samantha and Dylan. Samantha isn't quite a commitment-phobe because she has been in a long term relationship...with her vibrator. She's lost loved ones in the past and she's afraid to care for someone because she thinks they will end up leaving her. She can't quite handle a no-strings attached kind of relationship either. So she's in quite a bind. Thankfully for Samantha, she has a call-girl for a roommate and Jeanine has has enough of Samantha's non-existent sex life. That is where Dylan comes in. He's weary of commitment after divorcing his cheating wife. She wants him back. Dylan wants nothing to do with her. Needing some action, he hires Saffron (aka Jeanine). Samantha gets talked into pretending to be Saffron for this one client, but neither she nor Dylan know just how this chance encounter will change their lives for the better.

I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into when I started this book at 11 o'clock one night. I could not put it down and ended up finishing the book at around 4 AM. I loved this book! The characters are so incredibly lovable. Samantha knows that she should stay away from Dylan the moment she meets him. Before she realizes what is happening, Dylan has already found his way past her barriers. Dylan is absolutely floored with Samantha from the moment she grabs Dylan's phone and tells of his ex-wife while she's having sex with him. That's all it took for him to be a goner. He'll take anything he can get from Samantha, even if it means only friendship, because he knows that he can pursue her until she realizes that she can't live without him. I loved that he turns the tables on Saffron more than once. Don't let the blurb fool you, Call Me Saffron is just as incredibly sweet as it is sizzling hot. It is also so freaking funny. I love every page of this book and I hope you give it a shot. And I cannot wait for the rest of the series!
