Thank you HCI Books and NetGalley for an ARC of this book in return of my honest review.

Dr Aziz presents a case for an ageless revolution stating that it is our biological age, not our chronically age that matters.
This easy to understand book is super informative, has great diagrams and is a great way to become more informed on your aging body and what can be done to preserve it along the way. This book provides an excellent basis on cellular health and aging processes as it does not get too technical and scientific for those new to this information. It is similar to other popular books on this subject however, is easier to digest making it an excellent starting point to those wishing to learn more in an easy, concise and approachable style.

If you have read any health related material in recent years many of the hallmarks will be familiar including intermittent fasting, good quality food, having a sense of purpose in life, exercise, removing bad habits and gut health to mention a few.

Strategies such as tummy breathing, saunas and cryotherapy are explored along with hormones, and the effect additional hormones may have on our bodies,

A super informative book, refreshingly written in an easy to digest manner.

This book focuses the foods, herbs, vitamins and minerals we should be taking to live a long and healthy life life. A great amount of information. The book should be purchased to be able to go back over it again to make notes. There are a lot of antedotes and stories to back up the information given. This is a book I would buy to have as a reference.

The Ageless Revolution is full of doable, easy lifestyle changes to make your healthspan, and not just your lifespan, longer. If you've read Outlive by Attia, some of the ideas will sound familiar. I like that The Ageless Revolution has a section on ailments and then a list of supplements and/or lifestyle changes that will solve the problem.
