This was... something else. No character development, horrible plot, sexist. I would not recommend this to anyone I know.

The first thing that drew me to this book was the cover. Very eye catching! The second was the premise of the story: a boy falls for his best friend. Who wouldn't like that? I can happily say that this book was very sweet and funny. I really liked the dynamic between Riley and Max. The slow burn between these two was so fun to read. The relationships in this book were delightful to read as they were between people trying to figure things out for the first time. Very sweet read and would recommend.

Clarice rom com. It had some funny moments but there wasn't anything new for those used to this genre.

I'm very sorry but I just couldn't get through this. I've had it for such a long time and I've tried reading it multiple times but I just can't.
