Oh what fun! This cozy Christmas romance was action packed, and I really enjoyed the narrator Amanda Friday. Andy Harrington was good, and I liked his narration as much as I like any romance narrated by Teddy Hamilton.

Keisel hits readers with an avalanche of jokes per minute at the start of this story, and then keeps the (snow)ball rolling with a creative spy plot that doesn’t take itself too seriously. Loved the Leavenworth setting, and had a lot of fun in this kissing-only holiday romp. If readers enjoyed To Have and To Heist, they’ll love this pepperminty (and clean!) audiobook.

This was a super cute Christmas rom-com, with the added fun of espionage! Both Amanda Friday and Andy Harrington did a fantastic job narrating, and I really enjoyed that this was a duet narration instead of the usual dual narration.

I’ll start with the good - the duet narration on this is wonderful!

However, this story isn’t really for me, and the characters and their relationship development really felt incredibly flat to me.

Newly available on audio, this was an extremely fun holiday romantic suspense from last year's Christmas Escape series. Kortney Keisel is a favorite indie author of mine and this pivot to a kissing only rom com between two undercover CIA operatives was full of romance, action and adventure plus a memorable cast of secondary characters. Everything that I love and have come to expect from Kortney was there in spades. Possibly my favorite in the series and highly recommended if you haven't yet gotten a chance to read this one. Perfect for fans of books like Carlie Walker's The takedown. Many thanks to NetGalley and the publisher for an early audio copy in exchange for my honest review!
