Should I have reread the perfect marriage before I read this? Absolutely. I could not put this down and loved that it wasn’t just the perfect marriage take two

I love that we get a sequel to the The Perfect Marriage. This book was so good! So many twists and turns and flowed so nicely from the first book. Jeneva Rose is one of my favorite authors and she really knows how to write a thriller book since I can never put them down. You have to read this book!

Couldn’t put it down! Jeneva gives us twists and turns until the very end. In The Perfect Divorce we get to learn more about the one and only Sarah Morgan. A 5 star read!

What!!! No way! This one was really good. I will almost that i personally like the first book more. But this book still had a lot of the same thrill, suspense, and twist. I just couldn’t help but feel like there was something missing. I don’t know what, but other than that. This one was really good

Huge thanks to Blackstone Publishing, the author, and Netgalley for my advanced copy!
One of my favorite thrillers of all time has a SEQUEL!!! And dare I say, it’s as good (or even better!!!) than the original 🤭 The Perfect Marriage is the book that got me hooked on the thriller/suspense genre and The Perfect Divorce gives it a run for it’s money, bringing back all the characters that we LOVE to hate. Unpredictable in every way. BLOWN AWAY yet again. My most anticipated read of 2025 did not let me down 👏👏
Jeneva Rose will forever and ever be an auto-buy for me. I love her writing, she’s the 👑 of a plot twist, andddd she writes a great set of acknowledgments😉 SO EXCITED for what’s to come with this series!

I was on the edge of my seat the whole time. A fast paced read that will keep you guessing the whole time. I enjoyed the multiple perspectives and did not expect the ending at all.

Holy friggin cow! I mean, sequels are sometimes good, but rarely are they ever even better than the first book! I absolutely loved it!! I love all the ways it ties in with The Perfect Marriage, but how it’s still so entirely its own story! This felt original, exciting, and, in its own weird way, fun! With multiple POVs, and short chapters, this is fast-paced read that will have your jaw hanging until the last page. Superb! Fantastic! LOVED IT!!

First things first, Sarah is still crazy and her brain needs to be donated to science.
Even tho the sequel wasn’t really needed if you enjoyed The Perfect Marriage I definitely think you should give this one a read. It reads like a Freida McFadden book, IYKYK. By that I mean the first 80% of the book you are led to think one thing and the last 15-20% it all starts to make sense. Predictable even, but overall it was a good read that was full of suspense.
Thank you Netgalley for this e-ARC

Every once in a while there is a movie series where the sequel is better than the first movie. Terminator 2, The Godfather Part II, The Empire Strikes Back etc. The Perfect Divorce is the book sequel equivalent to Terminator 2. It’s soooo good! The second book is better than the first (the first one The Perfect Marriage is already good). I don’t know how Jeneva does it. One plot twist after another. You think you are starting to figure it out and then it switches up on you. Stayed up until 1am to finish this book. It releases April 15! Make sure to read the acknowledgments at the end.
Thank you Blackstone and NetGalley for the eARC in exchange for an honest review.

The Perfect Divorce was the perfect sequel to
The Perfect Marriage. Loved the twists and turns. Might be even better than the first book.

Kept me turning the page from the start. The Perfect Marriage was my staff rec for quite some time and I still wholeheartedly talk about the book whenever I see someone looking at it. Now, I can’t wait to turn them on to the sequel and sell both of them. Lucky they didn’t hVe to wait for the part two! I look forward to a part three?

The Perfect Divorce is the PERFECT sequel to The Perfect Marriage!
Guess who’s back? Sarah Morgan! Eleven years ago Sarah’s then-husband Adam had an affair, his mistress was murdered and Adam was accused and convicted of the crime. Since then, Sarah has moved on with her life. She remarried, had a daughter, and started a charitable foundation. When she finds out her current husband Bob cheated on her, she files for divorce. Then the woman Bob cheated with disappears. This creates a VERY messy situation.
I really liked this book! How much? I’d bedazzle the cover! There were a few times I was caught off guard which is one of the reasons I’d say this is a must read - and YES, you really should read The Perfect Marriage first. Get ready! This one releases April 14th! Oh! Be sure to read the acknowledgements…. There’s a little surprise!

Thank you to NetGalley and Blackstone Publishing for providing me with an advanced copy of this book for review. All opinions are my own.
I absolutely loved The Perfect Marriage—it was a wild, twisty ride—but The Perfect Divorce took things to the next level! This sequel was even better, delivering an even more thrilling, twist-filled experience.
I’ve always had a soft spot for an unreliable narrator, and going into this story already knowing that Sarah was exactly that made the whole experience even more exciting! From moment to moment, I knew that I didn't know who I could trust, which kept me on edge in the best way possible. The whole thing kept me guessing, and every few pages, my theories changed. Just when I thought I had it figured out, a new twist would send me in a completely different direction!
Jeneva Rose has crafted a sequel that doesn’t just live up to its predecessor—it surpasses it. I can't wait to see what happens next!

This sequel to The Perfect Marriage is even better than the first book. It kept me guessing until the end. Thank you to NetGalley for the ARC.

A lot has happened for Sarah Morgan after The Perfect Marriage! She’s ending her second marriage to Bob Miller, after finding out his affair and they share a daughter. This one filled in the gaps and I enjoyed it more. Thank you to the publisher for a copy.

I never thought it necessary that there would be a sequel to A Perfect Marriage but this was a pleasant surprise. It’s very much up to par with Jeneva Rose’s other books. They’re not literary masterpieces, but they’re a ton of fun and a wild ride. You will be entertained by reading this book. I couldn’t put it down and read it in two sittings. This had the normal twists and turns expected with a Jeneva Rose. Some of the twists were predictable, but there were others that I didn’t see coming. The pacing was good, but it did get a bit slow in the middle.
Sarah Morgan is back but is now divorcing her second husband Bob after he had a one-night stand. Her first husband Adam has been serving his sentence during this time. New evidence has come up about Adam’s case which brings Sarah back into view.
Thank you, NetGalley and Blackstone Publishing for allowing me to read this book early. The opinion in this review is my own.

I didn’t think it was possible for a sequel to outshine the original, but Jeneva Rose has done exactly that with The Perfect Divorce! This book was an absolute thrill ride that had me second-guessing everything. The multiple POVs add so much depth, pulling the reader into the tangled web of secrets and deception.
From start to finish, I was completely hooked, eager to see how it would all unfold. And the characters? Let’s just say this is one of those rare books where you find yourself both loving and hating a main character at the same time. The tension, the twists, and the emotional rollercoaster made this an unforgettable read.
If you loved The Perfect Marriage, you need to read this one. Love, love, love it!

Oh. My. Goodness. Jeneva Rose did it again. I am so excited I won an ARC of this! I couldn’t put it down. The twists and turns live up to the hype of the first book!

I loved this book just as much as the first, and am so thankful for the opportunity to be given an ARC. The Perfect Marriage kickstarted my love of reading and psychological thrillers. This series will always be my all-time favorite. I did find The Perfect Divorce to be more predictable than The Perfect Marriage, but it was still a very nice read and the end really tied it all together.

Jeneva: Rose has done it again!!! The Perfect Divorce not only ties up and gives more depth to its precursor (The Perfect Marriage), but it starts a whole new Sarah Morgan revenge and manipulation story.
Sarah’s story (and I promise I’m not biased because she has the best name ever!) had me hooked from the start and I’m over the moon thrilled that her story is not done!
This book should 100% be bedazzled front and back!!! It had all the elements of a true thriller: twists, turns, intrigue, murder, and best of all revenge. 5/5 ⭐️s!
Thank you to Jeneva Rose, NetGalley, and Blackstone Publishing for the ARC. The Perfect Divorce comes out 4/15/2025 - add it to your TBRs now!
