The Perfect Divorce is a fantastic sequel to the perfect Marriage! It was a wonderful read that I couldn’t put down! Ms. Rose had me hating Bob, feeling sympathetic to Sarah and constantly trying to guess the next twist! It’s a must read!!

Thank you Netgalley for an arc copy of this book in return for an honest review!
As one of Jenevas silly geese I’ve always loved all of her books and was so excited to receive an Arc of this one although I was a bit nervous, because although I enjoyed the perfect marriage it wasn’t my favorite of Jenevas work. HOWEVER, this one blew it out of the water. It was so freaking good! First off it answers some of the remaining questions I had from book one, but more Than that it added so much depth to some of the characters while adding new ones, and honestly I truly did not know what was going to happen throughout this book and the twists and turns were numerous, which I absolutely loved. This book is a fast read and honestly I want to read it again and again because it was honestly that good! If you enjoyed the perfect marriage you will LOVE the perfect divorce and if you weren’t sure about the perfect marriage I honestly and truly think you will still love the perfect divorce it’s honestly worth the read!!

You never really know how sequels will turn out, but this one certainly does not disappoint! Over a decade after the events of The Perfect Marriage, we pick up with Sarah Morgan as she’s living out her redemption arc and attempting to divorce her second husband. Unfortunately, her past comes back to haunt her with a vengeance. There are the expected plot twists and diabolically tied-up loose ends. I thoroughly enjoyed reading chapters narrated from different characters’ points of view to unravel the story.
Thank you to Jeneva Rose, Blackstone Publishing, and NetGalley for the opportunity to read an advanced copy of this book!

Jeneva Rose is an author I will always read. The Perfect Divorce is her latest. If you like her other books, you’ll like this one.

4 ⭐️ Thank you NetGalley, Blackstone Publishing, and Jeneva Rose for the ARC of The Perfect Divorce. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
What a wild and fun ride!! Dare I say that this sequel was even BETTER than The Perfect Marriage?! That’s a big feat if you ask me! Loved every second of this novel and absolutely devoured it!

Twisty, shocking and unforgettable--this was Jeneva at her very best!!! Thank you to the publisher for the eARC via Netgalley,

Mother Goose is back with another impossible to put down, twisty thriller that will keep you guessing and on the edge of your seat! Phew, what a fun ride - The Perfect Marriage is one of my all time favorite thrillers so I absolutely couldn’t wait to get my hands on its sequel! This is rare, but I somehow think The Perfect Divorce was even better and comes out on top as my favorite Jeneva Rose book ever!? TPD is such a quick, easy read that had me furiously turning pages, needing to know what happened next. I have no doubt this will be a huge hit with Jeneva fans and thriller fans in general and I’m keeping my fingers crossed for another book in the series!
Thank you so much to Blackstone Publishing and NetGalley for my early digital copy for my honest thoughts!

Sarah Morgan has said her final goodbye to soon to be ex-husband, Adam. She's moved on with her life and has started a new marriage, motherhood, and a foundation. Quickly, Sarah's life begins to fall apart. When her new husband, Bob steps out on their marriage, a tidal wave of turmoil is at Sarah's front door. New evidence is uncovered in the case that sent Adam to his death. Bob's mistress is missing and the Morgan's divorce becomes explosive. Bob and Sarah have dirt on each other going back to one fatal night. When the day is done, who survives? The police are making headway, it's only a matter of time before the truth is set free.
Sarah Morgan is a bad*ss. She takes no grief from anyone and refuses to be bested. Sarah works hard and is attentive. She is definitely morally gray but in the best possible way. Thank you Netgalley and Blackstone for the advanced copy.

I thought this was a really great sequel. We got reminders of what happened in the previous book, The Perfect Marriage, and we got new information as well. I thought the couple of twists at the end were really good and that the story came together perfectly. Another great book by Jeneva Rose and I hope there will be more of Sarah Morgan.

LOVED this book. Great plot, super suspenseful, kept me guessing! I love when a book makes me gasp outloud!

This was a good book. I do feel like it’s going to turn into the housemaid series where the first one was really good and the next one’s just go downhill. I don’t think this book needed a sequel. Other than that, it was a good read. I liked wondering who was behind all the crimes. Sarah is an extremely scary person. I feel like bringing up Ryan’s murderer and then never finding that person or getting justice was a bit of a plot hole. I’m hoping the 3rd book will touch on that plot point.

I read the first book and the sequel back to back. I think the blend of the two stories is very well written and the second book has more twists than the first. Sequel can mostly be hit or miss for me but this one kept me on the edge of my seat. I enjoyed all the story line and how the book is written from different peoples perspective. I’m also excited to know that Sarah’s stories is not over yet!

Thank you Blackstone, Jeneva and NetGalley for the ARC!!!
5 damn stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
First of all hold please my jaw is still on the floor…ok I picked it up. I am honestly speechless 😶 like it’s gone. Mrs. Jeneva Rose bravo ma’am you killed it (no pun intended) again! I think this is better than the perfect marriage. Also is it weird I wish Sarah Morgan was my BFF? Cause lord knows we all need a Sarah in our lives. I have literally no words except read it! Do it! Also thanks for the spoiler in the acknowledgements glad my BFF Sarah will be back! 🙌🏻🙌🏻

“Why are men?”
Jeneva Rose did her big one with this one!
The Perfect Divorce takes place several years after The Perfect Marriage but it’s just like old times.. or is it? I thoroughly enjoyed this one. I never knew what to expect from one page to the next. If you’ re on the fence about this because of the first book, give it a shot, I think you’ll be surprised. Dare I say Jeneva has perfected her craft? I can say there’s nothing strange about that. I will definitely be picking up a physical copy April 15th.
Can’t wait to see what’s in store next!
*Thank you to NetGalley and Blackstone Publishing for the ARC. These are my personal opinions.

4.25⭐️
A thrilling sequel to A Perfect Marriage! This was a multiple POV thriller with manipulation, secrets, plotting, suspicion, and tension at its center. So many twists and turns as events played out through the story, making you question everything you thought you knew about what was happening, especially because you already know what Sarah is capable of after reading the first book. Many details related to the first book were brought to light and given some closure, so I would definitely recommended reading/re-reading the first book prior to reading this one so that those details are fresh on the mind. Overall it was an enjoyable, fast paced read! Thank you to Jeneva Rose, Blackstone Publishing, and NetGalley for the ARC in return for my honest review.
P.S: don’t forget to read the acknowledgements.

This is one of those rare cases where the sequel is way better than the original. Loved this. ♥️
She is back again! And just as manipulative as ever. Or is her husband the manipulative one? Who is plotting against who and who will come out on top?
To be honest, I was one of the people that didn’t really like the first book. BUT, with that said, you absolutely need to read the 1st or at least know the major plot points to read this as it plays a major role.
This was really great and from the ending it appears we will be getting another which I actually am really excited about now. I find it really hard to say all the things I want to say about this one, because it would just give too much away.
This is gonna be a hit!
Thank you to netgalley for this free advance copy in exchange for an honest review.

This book was incredible! It grabbed me right from the first chapter and I couldn’t put it down. The characters, twists and “oh my” moments were amazing! I cannot wait to tell everyone to read this!

There is a lot going on in this. We get multiple POVs. Sarah, Bob, the sheriff.
Sarah is divorcing Bob for cheating on her (didn’t he learn to NOT do this from the first book?!). So there is a lot of drama going on here and I wish it focused more on this. I mean I get everything going on does end up relating to this but it’s all over the place.
New evidence appears in her first husband’s case and opens that’s back up.. the old sheriff has some crazy stuff going on. Ladies start going missing..
The ending wraps all the craziness up well but it was almost too much going on for me. I do believe the first book had a much better plot and detail. With this I felt like it was that she was trying too hard to beat that first novel.
I had a hard time decided what to rate this. 2 or 3 stars- but with the clean wrap up at the end I went with 3.

This book has some holes. Rose does pull you and leave you guessing at the end. I do hope karma will eventually catch up to Sarah Morgan…but I guess a 3rd book will have to happen.

Yet ANOTHER Jeneva book that I flew through.
The twists and turns? They never stopped with The Perfect Divorce. This sequel picks up 12 years after The Perfect Marriage. Of course our baddie of a FMC, Sarah, is not one to be messed with. The Perfect Divorce follows Sarah’s POV, as well as her current husband, Bob, the local sheriff, Sheriff Hudson, and “unknown”. I was running the possibilities in my head the whole time, but once again Jeneva had me fooled. If this thriller isn’t on your TBR yet, ADD IT . And make sure you check out Jeneva’s other “unputdownable” thrillers!
I’m so thrilled to have been given an ARC for this 5 star novel by Net Galley! Thanks again to Net Galley, and to Jeneva Rose for giving me the opportunity to write this review!
