This enchanting bedtime story invites young readers to embark on a serene journey through the tranquil evening routine of a delightful bumblebee. As the sun sets and the sky bathes in hues of orange and lavender, the bumblebee gracefully flits from flower to flower, gathering the last of the day’s nectar while softening blossoms sway gently in the cool evening breeze. With each page, beautifully crafted illustrations bring the bumblebee's world to life, depicting vibrant meadows and glistening dewdrops that sparkle like tiny gems. The soothing narrative, filled with gentle rhythms and comforting imagery, creates a peaceful atmosphere, making it the perfect companion to help your little one drift off into a night of sweet dreams. I received a complimentary e-copy of this book and read it with pleasure. I was under no obligation to leave a positive review. Thank you, Sourcebooks & NetGalley.

When Bumblebees Go to Sleep by Claire Wren Bobrow was an adorable book that demonstrates the day in a life of a bumble bee. The words were poetic and the illustrations beautifully complimented the words. I just read this to my son as he laid down for a nap and he enjoyed it as well. This would make for a sweet baby shower gift or as an addition to a children's library. I also liked the page at the end that explains to children that bees get tired and sleep just like they do. I received an eARC from Sourcebooks Kids through NetGalley. All opinions are 100% my own.

My kids were a little old for this (5 and 7), but we really enjoyed reading it before bed. The illustrations were beautiful and the story was really sweet.

What a comfy, cozy read! We follow a precious little bumblebee as he settles in to sleep for the night. With adorable illustrations and a comforting rhythm of poetry, this is sure to make anyone cozy enough to doze off — and after learning a little about bees in the process!
