LOVED this one, so much! Great characters and their chemistry was on fire. I thought the older brother friend setup was great and the dialogue between the love interests was witty. Five star read for me.

Interests have changed - no longer going to review this book as its bo my cup of tea any longer - sorry

I liked the writer’s treatment of Lauren’s anxiety. Characters like her are important. I don’t have a bunch of flowery words here. I liked this book. I liked the characters and I was invested. Read this if you like contemporary romance.

I may have liked this couple more than the first. It's a hard call to make. Aguirre just makes believable and lovable characters that you want to get to know in real life. These two have a completely different element.
While I connected more to these two than the first, there's an element that doesn't allow me to fully engage with this couple and their story.

Read 2014.
Gave 2 stars on Goodreads.
No review written unfortunately,

Y'all. I love Ann Aguirre so much, and this story did not disappoint.
It was so so good. And I found myself so caught up in the story line and characters.
Such a great read

Not a terrible book, but there were so many small things that irritated me. For some of them I am probably being a little bit picky (it bothered the hell out of me that her mom invited her to a party and didn't tell her why just hinted that it was for her engagement. It makes no sense to me that you wouldn't tell your child that you were getting married before announcing it at a party).
I wanted to read As Long As You Love me because Lauren was the only thing I really liked in the previous book, but sadly it turns out that I don't really like her much either.
