Great finale to a series. Picks up right where the previous book, Tangled Power, ended.

I I enjoyed the flashbacks and dual timeline, and in my opinion, both brought depth to the story and helped to better understand what was going on.

I’ve enjoyed how the characters have grown throughout the series and how they’ve been able to overcome their differences to work together.

Overall, a great conclusion to Rose and Luc’s story.

Favorite quotes:
“It had to be done, but I’ll spend the rest of our existence making it up to you.”
“Oh, do you not want another magic to be able to save us? You want to be the hero?”
“Sometimes the symbol of power is enough.”
“You’re not losing me. You’ll never be able to be rid of me.”
“Would you believe me if I told you this was the best possible outcome?”

Bound Paths is so so good! What an ending! Loved every single second of it. I totally recommend everyone to read this book as fast as they can because it's really good and the characters are fantastic.

The series is over! This was such a fun trilogy to read. Between the magic systems and the growth of the characters, this was such a beautiful story that I had the pleasure to read. Definitely recommend.

Thank you Netgalley, publisher, and author for the ARC.

This was another winner in this series, it had that feel that I was looking for and enjoyed the concept and enjoyed the overall story going on. It continued the story perfectly and enjoyed from the previous two books. Jillian Witt has a strong writing style and can’t wait for more.

I received an advance reader's copy of Bound Paths (Compass Points #3) by Jillian Witt from the publisher via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.

I’m always excited to read a new-to-me author and Jillian Witt did not disappoint. Overall, I quite enjoyed the book and the morning flew by while I read. There was action, intrigue, and chemistry. The characters were fairly well-crafted, the pace of the novel was mostly steady, and there were some surprises. Definitely worth reading the entire series if future books are this well crafted.

I’m really sad this series is over.
I don’t know how to explain it other than this book felt like a book by an adult, written by adults.
No miscommunication, no are we/aren’t we together, no petty games or third act break up.
Even the friendships despite starting more as enemies that work together, were still respectful.
I hope she does a connected series following other characters
