This book was a fascinating read about an almost unbelievable true story. Kidnapped by the Taliban is the story of Dr. Dilip Joseph, who was kidnapped after helping villagers in Afghanistan. What he went through in the following hours and days is truly horrific, and it was hard to read at times about he went through, as well as how he was ultimately saved. A story about sacrifice, compassion, connecting, and strength.
