It was such a bittersweet moment picking this book up because while I was excited to get into the backstory of Cam and Dusty, I didn’t want to acknowledge that this was the last installment of the Rebel Blue Ranch series!
This was a runaway bride trope, which I honestly had read much of but really enjoyed! It follows ex high school sweethearts Cam and Dusty after they’ve spent year apart.
Cam and Dusty had popped up here and there in the other three books which led to a really great build up of their characters and really made me excited to see what their deal was. Cam was always interesting to me because I wanted to know more about her having Riley with Gus so the fact that this book was full of flashbacks made learning about her really fun! I wish we got to see more of her and Gus’ background because I wanted to learn how she found her way into the Ryder family.
I I LOVEEEEEE a yearning pathetic man! And that is Dusty!! Him and his crop tops and desperate need to show Cam how much he still loves her without being overly aggressive about it was fantastic.
I wish that Cam had more of a personal growth in this book and I wish Cam treated him a bit better. It seemed like she didn’t really fight against her parents or really fight for Dusty the way he always fought for her. I think I just wanted a LITTTTLE bit more from
the finale of the series, but it was so amazing to see how it all came together and to get a glimpse at all the couples coming back together. I will miss this series and couples so much as it’s what made me fall in love with cowboy romances!

I miss this series and world already. Lyla Sage gives me the perfect tropes for these characters every time.

Summary: Wild and Wrangled by Lyla Sage is the fourth and final Rebel Blue Ranch series book. It follows Camille Ashwood, a single mom trying to rebuild her life after her fiancé leaves her at the altar. She moves next door to Dusty Tucker—her high school sweetheart and the one that got away. With old feelings and small-town gossip swirling, Cam and Dusty must navigate their messy history, unresolved feelings, and the new version of their relationship... if they can get out of their own way long enough to give love another shot.

I love Lyla Sage's writing style and enjoyed this book. Second Chance typically isn't a trope that I gravitate towards but this was an enjoyable read.

I'm a little sad to see this series come to an end, because it just keeps getting better and there is so much to love, from the retro-style cover to the warm characters. Jilted at the altar, Camille Ashwood is saved by one Dusty Tucker, the high school best friend and first lover that became the one that got away. Now that she's back in town, she's determined to keep him at arm's length, but their paths keep crossing; it turns out he's the caretaker of her dream house she's just arranged to rent. The narrative is a blend of flashbacks and present to show Dusty and Cam's connection, history, and yearning--a LOT of pining, hesitating, and finally moving past the fear to see what can blossom.

The writing is strong, but it's the characterizations that shine. Sage's characters are incredibly developed, real, and compelling. The rancher life, the details of Dusty's mother's woodworking projects, the atmospheric setting, and the familial connections create a story with heart.

While it's not necessary to have read all the books in the series to enjoy this one, readers who have been following along will appreciate the consistency of the characters, the familiar names and places, the model of co-parenting and exes turned friends, and the ranch setting. This is a satisfying conclusion to the series as a whole.

This book was so romantic, it was unreal. I adored both Cam and Dusty. The second chance trope is my favorite and it did not disappoint. The yearning between the two of them, and the slow burn!! I had an excellent time reading this conclusion to the series and I loved how all the characters fit together. Regarding the third act breakup, I didn't really like the reason but I felt that the way that it was written by Lyla Sage was done well. The impatience from the other characters reflected my own. I really liked that there was no conclusion to Cam's problems with her family; it felt realistic!

This was perfection, no notes. It's the story we've been waiting for and it did not disappoint, the perfect way to send this series.

I liked Dusty and Cam's origin story. Some of the intimate scenes were a little cringey for me. Cam was so stubborn I was like, girl get over yourself! However it was a great, bittersweet bookend to the series.

Wild and Wrangled by Lyla Sage is a 5-star, slow-burn romance that completely stole my heart 💌

Cam and Dusty’s journey from childhood sweethearts to something lasting was filled with emotion, chemistry, and so many unforgettable moments — the notes he kept, the tattoos, the house he bought for them, and that perfect nickname angel 🥹

Dusty learning to dance for her, being there for Riley, and loving her through everything… he’s the softest cowboy and I’m obsessed. 🐎

This book was tender, nostalgic, and just so good ❤️

A great found second chance love romance in a familiar universe. The story of Cam and Dusty is hopeful, full of love, and a little spice. I enjoy all of Lyla Sage's books but this made me smile from ear to ear. 10/10

GOD I LOVE LYLA SAGE SO MUCH. With every book that comes out in this series I think "this is it! this is the one! this is my favorite in the series!" and then she goes and releases the next book and I have a new favorite. And she did it again. This is my new favorite in the series. I would die for Dusty and Cam, I loved them both so much and I'm so happy we finally got their story.

I'm just so, so sad that this series is over. I loved our time at Rebel Blue Ranch and I'm so sad that this is it for us. I could've read 30 more books in this series and been perfectly happy. But as sad as I am to see this end, I am so excited to see what's to come.

Love this series and author, but this one fell flat. Even at the end, I still felt like I didn't really know the main couple very well. I was rooting for them but wasn't connected. The Rebel Blue world, community, and couples are richer in the other books of this series.

Thanks Netgalley and publisher for the arc!

I'm actually so sad that this series is actually over. rebel blue ranch is one of my comfort settings and so I'm bummed that we have to say goodbye (for now. im in denial and fully believe that we'll come back at some point).
im still a wada stan so im glad we sort of got a semi similar dynamic in this book. I thought that cam's issues were a little tooooo relatable at times lol but I think that's why l also got frustrated with her. and of course, dusty was as sexy asl thought he was going to be. guess im a blond, tattooed cowboy apologist because dusty can do no wrong in my eyes.
this comes out in less than a month and I cannnnnnnot wait to hold this one in my hands.

Lyla Sage knows how to write the perfect man always. I really enjoyed this story, however it fell flat for me at times. It didn’t grip me into the story as the others did. I enjoyed Dusty’s character, he was so sweet and I could feel how much he loved Cam. However, I felt like Cams character wasn’t developed enough or fully. I felt like she lacked luster. Like there were wholes to her character that weren’t fully filled. I wish she was done more justice, I wish she were the one to have stood up to her parents and put her foot down and not Dusty. She never stood up for herself and when she did, did she really gave to then? Anyways, still a good book.

My final ride to Rebel Blue and it was so bitter sweet. I adored this series from book one of Done & Dusted to this one right here: Wild & Wrangled. I am a sucker for second chance romance and this was really settled into that little part of my heart that loves them so much. I really think that the last book in the series is sad because it's ending, but it's so fun to watch all the characters you've fallen in love with come back and you can love them so much because by now you really feel like you know them. This entire series truly did feel like sunshine and blue skies.

DUSTY IS THE MAN IF MY DREAMS!!!!

Give me a man who yearns and I eat it up every time. Now give me a tattooed man who yearns and i devour. Loved Cam and Dusty’s story. Sad to say goodbye to this series but what a way to go out.

This is the fourth book in the western series. I have fallen in love with the western romances and this one doesn't disappoint. Highly recommend!

Lyla Sage’s Wild and Wrangled concludes the Rebel Blue Ranch series with a deeply resonating heartfelt second-chance romance. The story follows Camille Ashwood, a single mother left at the altar, who finds herself living next door to her first love, Dusty Tucker. As they navigate their shared past and present, their rekindled connection unfolds.
