LYLA SAGE THE WOMAN THAT YOU ARE! You truly deserve an award for the characters you’ve developed! I truly think of Rebel Blue Ranch as a second home - I’m so deeply comforted by the characters, that they feel like family! And don’t get me started on Mr. Amos Ryder! It’s truly a gift to be able to transport readers into such a place. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Camille Ashwood is a planner and getting left at the altar wasn’t a part of the plan. Surprisingly, she’s handling it really well. Her high school sweetheart, Dusty, is back in Meadowlark after traveling the world for nearly ten years. Newly single Camille finds the perfect home to rent for her and her daughter except her backyard neighbor is Dusty…
WOW! This is my new favorite from the Rebel Blue Ranch series. I didn’t think I would say that! Second-chance romance. Dare I say the hottest of the Rebel Blue Ranch men?? These specific characters have so much depth and history. I loved that it goes back to high school a bit. I loved these characters sooooo much and Dusty is such a simp. Lyla Sage has never disappointed me. Starting Wild & Wrangled was like going back home to Rebel Blue Ranch 🥲 I will miss this little world but I’m so excited for Lyla’s next series. Lyla Sage gets better every single time!! I have no negatives!
I included a playlist of songs that reminded me of Cam & Dusty and their history.

This is one of those books that I liked, but it didn’t love. It was just okay. There was enough in there to keep me reading, but I didn’t connect with the characters and didn’t care about their relationship as much as I would have liked.
If you’re into the following themes/tropes/plot points, this might be for you:
- Second chance romance
- Small town
- Single mum
- It’s always been you
- Found family
- Secret tattoos
- Forced proximity
- Dual POV
Cam and Dusty’s love story was sweet and angsty. And I loved how Dusty and Riley (Cam’s daughter) grew closer, too.
Thanks to @netgalley for the ARC!

✯ Thank you so much to Random House for the e-ARC of one of my most 𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 reads of the year!! Ever since I first picked up Done and Dusted, I totally 𝘧𝘦𝘭𝘭 𝘪𝘯 𝘭𝘰𝘷𝘦 with ʀᴇʙᴇʟ ʙʟᴜᴇ, so to get early access to Cam and Dusty’s story to wrap up our time in Meadowlark was just so special 🫶🏼
✯ 𝒲𝒾𝓁𝒹 & 𝒲𝓇𝒶𝓃𝑔𝓁ℯ𝒹 truly is Lyla’s love letter to ʀᴇʙᴇʟ ʙʟᴜᴇ, you can just 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 her love for the series and the characters permeate through the pages and honestly? It made me pretty emotional for the whole book, many tears were shed for Cam and the pressures she put on herself, for Dusty and his pining for the girl he lost all those years ago and just the for rest of ʀᴇʙᴇʟ ʙʟᴜᴇ for getting the lives and love they deserve 🥹
✯ This was definitely the most gorgeous goodbye to Meadowlark because as we explored Cam and Dusty’s second chance, we also saw so many snippets of the other couples, Teddy and Gus co-parenting, Wes and Ada being there for Cam and the bonus chapter of Emmy and Luke’s wedding had me 𝘂𝗴𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗿𝘆𝗶𝗻𝗴 for one last time 🥲
✯ I won’t say much more because 𝒲𝒾𝓁𝒹 & 𝒲𝓇𝒶𝓃𝑔𝓁ℯ𝒹 isn’t out until the 15th of April and I would hate to spoil anything by gushing about how amazing this book was but trust me, this was an ♾️★ read for me, and one I’ll be thinking about for a veryyyyy long time 🥰

Really enjoyed this one, my second favorite one from the series. Loved Dusty and Cam, they made so much sense together and was so happy to see them get back in each other’s lives. They are so sweet, their arc was perfect.

It's an enjoyable book and a good wrap up to a series that I admittedly really only read one of the other books of but I still feel that way so it must be true. I think because I'd only read the third one I didn't really get the build up for this couple (I still don't think Cam is all that great and would have loved to see her step more into her own power especially where her parents were concerned??) but I liked it a lot.

What a lovely ending to the Rebel Blue Ranch series! I love a good angsty second chance romance, and Lyla Sage certainly delivered! I've been so excited for Cam & Dusty's story and can happily say i loved them!
From the moment we met Cam's character in the earlier books, I was excited to get her backstory. Cam's complexity as a character is something that truly makes her stand out in this book. She is caring & loving, but also headstrong & stubborn, she can prickly at times but that made her moments of vulnerability all the more special. She is a wonderful depiction of a woman who wants to live a life for herself, but also struggles knowing exactly what that means. Her backstory & relationship with her parents broke my heart!! I loved her & I loved getting to see her growth and healing throughout this one.
Dusty! The man that you are!!! Talk about a gentle, loving, emotionally available, sweet man! Dusty's free-spirited, caring, and overall kind nature is so admirable & makes him easy to love. I loved getting to see his growth. He knows what he wants & he's going to give his all to get it!!! I loved him soso much!!!
Dusty & Cam's story is filled with love, longing, angst, and tension. A true representation of "right person, wrong time", and I loved getting to see them find their way back to each other. Their growth as individuals & as a couple is so special! The prioritization of communication & laying it all out on the line was so great. I adored their dynamic, their chemistry, and getting to see them love each other after SO MUCH TIME made my heart HURT!!!! also.. THE LETTERS??? I cried! SOBBED!!!
The ending of this book was truly beautiful and made me cry ugly tears. Rebel Blue has been such a lovely place to be & i absolutely adored this final installment. I love this family so much!!!!

Lyla Sage did it again! I have loved this series from start to finish and I am so sad it is over. I fell in love with all the characters throughout the whole series and this last book was perfection! I can’t wait to see what else is to come from Lyla Sage!

Cam & dusty felt like coming home; the entirety of the rebel blue ranch series feels like home to me.
Cam is a runaway bride and the only person in town able to get through to her is none only than her high school friend and sweetheart Dusty. After trying to figure out her life after an arranged marriage, Cam leans on her second family at Rebel Blue Ranch to help put the pieces of her life back together. Turns out Cam and Dusty are going to be around each other a lot more often than Cam planned once she settles in to her living arrangement. I loved the dual pov and dual timeline and Cam's daughter in this book. The way dusty showed up for Cam is everything and you can feel that Cam found her sense of belonging and self worth throughout the story. Getting to see all the characters and relationships from the past 3 books in the series made my heart absolutely overflow!! This was the perfect way to end this series. Cam and dusty are right up there with luke and emmy for fave characters in this series.
I hope you pick this one up when it comes out in april this year; and if you haven’t yet I hope you start the rebel blue ranch series if you feel like you want a part of home with you. thank you @authorlylasage for creating this masterpiece

Dusty has my heart!! Lyla has been setting us up for this epic love story and learning about Dusty and Cam’s past made my heart grow 5x bigger. This second chance romance hits you in the feels and we love a golden retriever who gives space. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I had a small trickle continuously coming out of my eyes 75% of this book. Loved it!

I think I would read a paper bag if Lyla wrote in it. As always, it was so funny and had me obsessed from start to finish. Dusty, WHEN I GET TO YOU!!!

Thank you Netgalley for this e-ARC in exchange for my review.
I found out about this series relatively recently and was happy to get to read its' conclusion. From a readers stand point there is build up throughout the novel of the tension between the FMC and her parents which will led itself to the growth of said character. That plot it abandoned for for a different and in a way pointless confrontation with the MMC.
That being passed over, I have to say this was a good end to the Rebel Blue series just not a good ending to the book.

Thank you to the publisher and Netgalley for giving me an early copy of the final Rebel Blue Ranch novel, Wild & Wrangled. I had such high hopes for this book, and Lyla Sage delivered. I love spending time here in this little Wyoming town with this endearing blended family. I am such a sucker for second chance romance, so I've been patiently waiting for Dusty & Cam's story for quite some time! This might be my favorite out of the four, if not second to Ada and Wes. I thought the conflict was so beautifully laid out, even though Dusty & Cam's chemistry was absolutely there. I loved getting more Riley in this one, and I think the advantage of this story closing everything out made the town feel more realized and everything came full circle. There were some delightful tropes that I was not expecting, some of which are my favorites- the main love interest standing up to the main character's terrible family! Forced proximity because they live on the same property! This remind me SO much of Hart of Dixie and Zoey and Wade's story, which made me love this book even more. If that is a ship that you love, you must pick up this book! Overall, I really enjoyed my time, and once again Lyla Sage's love for the genre shines through. I am really looking forward to her moving us up north to Sweetwater Peak for the next series, I can't wait to read her romance with a gothic twist.

I’m too sad that this is the last Rebel Blue book, and I normally would’ve saved it for closer to release…but it was burning a hole in my Kindle so, here we are.
We all have a new book boyfriend and his name is [redacted] “Dusty” Tucker. Just TRUST ME, we’re going to be fighting over him.
We already know Cam, and I’ve been so curious about her from the start. I just love that she’s such a part of the family that she got her own book. I don’t think I’ve ever read a single mom of the same kid that I already read about the dad of. Authors, take note! They don’t always have to be villainous! This series was so well done in that regard (and like…all the regards LOL).
Cam & Dusty have a history, and the flashbacks to that time were done perfectly, giving us just enough insight into their past to be able to understand where they are now. And even though some people don’t believe in fate, I don’t think there’s anything else that Cam and Dusty could be. It seems they’ve been meant for each other all along. But Riley was meant for them too.
This book is the embodiment of the phrase “sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together”…because young Cam & Dusty were good, but Cam & Dusty + Riley years later are better.

“I love you madly and deeply. I love you in ways that people don’t believe exists in real life. I love you for who you’ve been and who you are and who you’re going to be.”
Lyla Sage has written a masterclass in second chance romance with Wild and Wrangled. It’s a beautiful bookend to the Rebel Blue Ranch series, and Cam and Dusty’s story is a tender reminder that hope prevails.

A new Lyla Sage book is always cause for celebration! Her books are sexy and fun and her characters are always deftly and caringly drawn. I can't wait for the next edition in the Rebel Blue Ranch series!

This was my first Lyla Sage book and it was a very sweet read. I'm a huge fan of the covers and had seen the other books in the series for a while now so I was really excited to get into it. I really enjoyed learning and growing with Dusty and Cam, and felt the highs, lows, and emotions of their journey. At times, I wish we got a little deeper with their connection, but the scenes with Riley and Amos were so tender and definitely some of my favorites. I loved how they continued to show up for each other, and can't wait to get into some of Sage's other books! Thank you for the advance copy!

Dusty & Cam are the epitome of “timing is everything.” Their relationship has been hinted at and teased in previous books, and I was fully invested in their story—until the third act. The TL;DR: Cam’s character arc is left incomplete, making for a deeply unsatisfying finish. The book carefully sets up a major moment of growth for her, only to abandon it in favor of a random, inconsequential argument.
For those who’ve read the book or want more context before diving in: Throughout the novel, the author deliberately builds tension between Cam and <spoiler>her parents. Sage crafts Cam’s backstory in a way that makes it abundantly clear her biggest moment of growth will be standing up to them, choosing a life of joy and community for her daughter, trust fund be damned. The lessons here are obvious: money isn’t everything; lean on your village, trust your support system, and while she does end up choosing a happier job, that pivotal moment where she confronts her lifelong beliefs never happens. Instead, we get a scene where Dusty stands up to them while Cam stays silent, and after that, her parents just disappear from the story, and the reader can only assume they will continue to cast a shadow over her life since she's never done or said anything to change that.
<spoiler>Instead of the confrontation we were set up for, the third act conflict revolves around a completely different issue, one that feels minor and out of place. The man she loves and wants a future with has secretly owned her dream house all along, and this revelation spirals into an unnecessary argument. When she explained the situation to Wes and he gave her a “are you for real right now?” 🤨 look, I was right there with him. Was the omitted truth ideal? No. But was it worth a dramatic falling-out? Absolutely not. Worse still, this argument does nothing to resolve Cam’s actual character arc. A final scene with her parents—where she declares, once and for all, that she chooses Dusty and Meadowlark—would have made for a far more satisfying and effective third act.</spoiler> The lack of follow-through here is a character development gap so large, I’m genuinely surprised it wasn’t caught in the editing process.
That said, everything else about this book was lovely. Dusty pining after Cam for years, patiently waiting for her to be ready to be his everything again? Male yearning in romantic media is making a comeback, and I couldn’t be happier about it. Cam’s emotional journey—learning to open her heart again—felt realistic, and I adored seeing her bond with Riley after developing a soft spot for the precocious 7-year old in Gus’ book. I cheered when Cam & Dusty finally kissed again, and I’m rooting for them to have a (fictional) lifetime of bliss.
While the ending didn’t land for me, I do love Lyla Sage’s work and eagerly await seeing where she goes next now that our time in Meadowlark has come to an end.
Many thanks to Dial Press & NetGalley for the ARC in exchange for an honest review! 🩷
🌶🌶

This book was the perfect way to end the Rebel Blue Ranch series (even though I wish it could go on forever). Cam is a character that I've been curious about since Done & Dusted, made even more true after each snippet into her character with every following book. And Dusty? A tattooed cowboy with a nose ring?! Who wouldn't be curious about him. Their second-chance love story was a perfect mix of nostalgia, yearning, forgiveness and love. Reading about them felt like coming home. I am so sad that this series is over! I will definitely be doing a re-read as i am so in love with all of Lyla's characters. 5 stars!!

I can’t believe I got the privilege to read this book early and now that I’m done I’m so sad it’s over. Rebel Blue is a place you can’t help but feel like is home when you read this series. I wish I could pluck myself right in the middle of town and go exploring. Cam and Dusty were the perfect finale to this *perfect* series. This was a story about two people who found “their person” so early in life, before they were really ready. Although real life settled in and they went their separate ways, the undeniable love they had for each other even in the years they spent apart made their reconnecting that much sweeter. I think Dusty is one of my favorite MMC’s of all time. Even after years apart he was there to rescue her when she needed it. He wrote her letters everywhere he went just to feel connected to her. He always knew she was it for him and never gave up hope that life would bring them back together again.
This series is one that I know I’ll reread when I need a little comfort. Or some life advice from Amos Ryder. And I can’t wait to see where Lyla takes us next!
