The Sweet Life was a book that gave me the conclusion to the Sunshine Bay series I needed. The series was filled with so much emotion, fun, laughter, family drama and lots of love.
The series should be read in order because this helps you connect with all the characters. I am so glad I have found Debbie Mason as an author.
This is a perfect series to grab and relax while on vacation.
Thank you NetGalley, Debbie Mason and Forever (Grand Central Publishing) for the copy of The Sweet Life. This is my personal review.

The Sweet Life by Debbie Mason, book three in the Sunshine Bay series, is a wonderful emotional story filled with family drama, laughter, misunderstandings, forgiveness, high emotions, and plenty of love.

Jake and Sage, once enemies, reunite when after their mutual mentor, Alice is found dead. They need to deal with Alice's death as they also explore the feelings they have for each other; while creating a legacy to honor their friend. Gia and Flynn have recently reunited. Flynn, six years younger, is Gia’s younger sisters ex. Meanwhile, Sage’s aunt Cami and her mom, Gia, are at odds, after Cami has written a book that included family secrets: her sister is really her cousin; her aunt ran off with her father, and things are crazy in this Italian family. Fortunately for Gia, Flynn is there to hold her hand through it all and show her the real meaning of romance. There is a lot of drama, a lot of love and great storytelling. Add in a bit of mystery, a stalker, and the reader is taken on a thrilling emotional ride with laughter, tears, and tender passion.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

This was a wonderful story about a big Italian family and all of the drama that a big Italian family involves. The story centers around Sage, who ran to the big city to be a lawyer and work way more hours than she should. She returns to her home town and her family...and to the guy she has been fighting with for years. They are going to have to spend time together after they get a joint inheritance. Sage's mother has stuff going on, too. A feud with her sister and feelings for her sister's ex.

I've never met a Debbie Mason book I didn't love. The Sweet Life is no exception. There's plenty of love to go along with the drama in this well written book. Another great read to help get you through the hot summer days.

Thanks to Forever Pub and NetGalley for this digital copy. All thoughts are my own.

A sweet fun visit with the Rosetti clan. I've read the others in the series, but they are not necessary to enjoy the story. This story focuses on Sage and Gia. The family is still experiencing some turmoil from events in the past. I liked how the relationship between Jake and Sage progresses. Sage is a fun character. She is a force to be reckoned with. I enjoyed her story line a lot. Jake seems to fit with her perfectly. I also enjoyed Gia's story. I love that romance isn't only for they young in these stories. The book is a perfect beach read. I received an advance copy from NetGalley and am voluntarily leaving a review.

I swear I could read Mason’s books every single day.
She stories are always the best. They immediately pull me in and hold me captive.
Her characters are realistic, engaging and go through the emotions. And to me that is hard to beat. The characters are likable and come alive on the pages.
This is an entertaining and captivating story.
I have always enjoyed the characters in Debbie Mason’s novels. And these characters were beyond amazing.
I love the Sunshine Bay Series and book three was just as great as the previous two!

And thank you Forever Pub for allowing me to read this amazing series!

The loss of her mentor, forced time off, an inherited house with strings attached, family drama, a former crush, and more! Attorney Sage Rosetti’s life is about to change in ways she never imagined. Can workaholic Sage settle into an entirely new routine, which includes working with her former high school crush?

Meanwhile, Sage’s mother, Gia, is dealing with issues of her own. She’s found the love of her life, but not everyone is happy about it.

I loved this story! The Rosetti women are each a force to be reckoned with, but put them all together, look out!

Sage and Jake are now spending time together. Sage is having trouble with her law firm and is suspended and now is in town for a while.
Sage's mother, Gia is now secretly dating her sister Cami's ex-lover. Cami has written a tell all book and it will upset the family.

Thank you NetGalley for The Sweet Life ARC for my honest review. It was a Sweet heartwarming story. However, get ready for lots of family drama which involves multi generations of the Rossetti family. It is very heartwarming to watch to see the journey of the characters find true happiness. I did enjoy this book about a sweet family.

The third installment of the Sunshine Bay series focuses on Gia and her daughter, Sage. Sage is a non-nonsense workaholic lawyer who rushes back to Sunshine Bay when her mentor, Alice, goes missing. Soon after, there is some catnapping, forced PTO, a missing dad, a HS crush, and a lot of other shenanigans for Sage to handle. Meanwhile, her mother, Gia, must come to terms with all that life has thrown at her and take a stand for her future.

This is a messy, chaotic romance and family drama, perfect for those who enjoy soap-opera-like plots with multigenerational families. I had not realized this was a third book in a series when I requested it, so I was a bit thrown by the established family dynamics set up in the first two books. I can be read as a stand-alone, but I would suggest reading the other books first to fully immerse yourself in the fun chaos of these loud, dramatic Italian women and the men who love them. This is a very low-spice romance.

Sage Rosetti is a hard working lawyer who takes on a lot of divorce cases and pro-bono work for women who need to get out of abusive marriages. She fights the good fight for these women. So much so she sleeps at the office as it is her home away from home most days.. But then she gets a call about her friend and mentor Alice and she rushes back to Sunshine Bay, she is missing and then turns up dead. And then she is suspended from her job, and collapses from exhaustion and grief. Not to mention that her nemesis Jake Monroe is back in her life. He was also mentored and given a home by Alice and she has left her practice to him and the Lavender farm she purchased before her death. So many things happening to Sage all at once and the hits keeps coming because in the Rosetti family, it's one drama after the other. But there is food, love, laughter and joy when the Rosette women have each other's back.
Falling for Jake is the one good thing in Sages life. And Sage's ,mom Gia is having her own life crises with when her little sisters book is coming out and all the family secrets are being reveled and bringing someone back her life she does not want to have to deal with. Not to mention that she has the hots for someone she shouldn't get involved with but can't stay away from. While trying to mend her relationship with the sister writing the book.

This book brings the Rosetti women all back together with the men they love. It is a great way to round out this series and give us a look into the future for all of these women, mother's, daughters, sisters, and granddaughters. These six women have a bond that will always be there. The love of family, friends and the town they love so much will keep them forever in each other's hearts. Not to mention the food that binds them together for La Dolce Vita... The Sweet Life. The "Beaches" are one of my fav trio of women who are sisters, whether they are on the beach or in the kitchen having food fights, you will want to be them.

This book is family, love, romance, friendship and small town women fiction that is a must for anyone who loves a great story to read

This is a wonderful book and I have to give it 5 plus stars.

A sweet family saga. Lots of drama queens. While I have read the previous ones, I did not recall being familiar with the characters. I read a book every day, so lots of people have passed before my eyes. It was engaging and entertaining to watch the various women find their way to happiness. Thanks to the publisher for providing a copy via NetGalley. My review is voluntary.

Sage is looking for a break after losing someone who mentored her and being forced to take time off of work. Will her sisters ex Jake be the one to help to heal her heart and her mind? This book is full of family secrets, healing and romance.

How can anyone go wrong with a story by Debbie Mason. One of my top ten favorite authors she always writes bestsellers in my opinion. I always look eagerly forward to each new book she writes.

Wow, these Rosetti women are really something! There are lots of sub stories and different social connections in this story. At first I was having trouble keeping the who's who lined up right, and yet everything made sense in the end. I certainly enjoyed being surprised by the way each character had his or her own intensity and purpose in the book. A very fun read! Thanks Net Galley for a chance to read and review an advance copy.

I love the Rossetti sisters, their daughters, and Nonna. In this installment of Sunshine Bay, Gia Rossetti and her daughter, Sage, are caught up in their own life events. We see the impact of time on siblings and how work can take over your life. And from this we see how family can help in our time of need. Of course, Mason also has wonderful men included who are there to help the women they love. I would love for their to be another Sunshine Bay book about Nonna and her fiancé, Bruno, as well as letting us know how all the couples are. I’ve been a fan since the first book and hate this is the end.
