The Mind Congruency Effect is a thoughtful approach to a topic that can be very complex. Once you couple human emotion and experience with application of approaches, how each person interprets the material can create many nuances. The author did a good job in breaking up the content into consumable chapters and helped to make it relatable to the real world experiences many have. It was an enjoyable read.
