I loved the Atlantis movie when I was a kid so I knew I wanted to read this as soon as I saw it. It was exactly like the movie and brought back so many memories. Such a great movie and graphic novel. I highly recommend it if you are a fan of the film. It made me want to rewatch the movie! Thank you so much to Netgalley and the publisher for a copy of the arc in return for an honest review!

This is a graphic novel version of Disney's movie Atlantis: The Lost Empire. It follows the movie well, but with lots of details left out. If I hadn't watched the movie first, I probably would have been a little lost. Overall, a good adaptation.

I'm always team more Atlantis content. The best part of this was the art design concepts in the back, other than that it was basically a frame by frame of the movie, it didn't really add or take anything. If that's what you're looking for though, then this is it.

This graphic novel hits every beat on the important scenes of Atlantis, one of the underrated and classic Disney movies of my life.
The art design is true to your memory and keeps the charm that the movie gave us.
A great way to remind the next gen, what a incredible story this was.
