I am once again blown away by Kennedys writing and the way they paint such a vivid image in my mind. I felt so emotionally invested in Hendrix's story. Her wins were my wins her loses were mine as well.

It’s rare for an author to be able to write a trilogy that all three books are masterpieces. Hendrix is one of my absolute favorite characters and she did not disappoint. Hen’s story was heartbreakingly real, but hopeful.

Hendrix (Hen) is a force to be reckoned with. A business mogul with the biggest heart for her loved ones. “Can’t Get Enough” captures Hendrix’s effort to maintain a career and nurture a new relationship, all while stepping into the role of caregiver for her mother with Alzheimer’s. This book was so much more than a love story. It’s about community, friendship, and family.

Now this love story. Maverick is a GIFT. Whatever prayer Hen was saying I need immediately. Mav is the ultimate “if he wanted to he would”. An example of what every man should be. Not to give too much away but Zere ✋🏾 I have words for you.
I think Hendrix’s story is the perfect ending to the Skyland Series. I will miss the girls and reading about their friendship. And always Kennedy Ryan does not miss! I can’t wait to see what’s next.

As a Kennedy Ryan stan, I went into Can’t Get Enough so ready to love it. This was Hendrix’s story—the rich auntie of the Skyland crew—and I’d been waiting for her moment since book one. She’s bold, unapologetic, child-free by choice, and I was excited to finally see her front and center.

There were parts I really enjoyed. The romance between Hendrix and Maverick was tender and beautiful. Maverick’s love for her felt solid and earned, and once the story got going, their chemistry really showed up. I also appreciated Hendrix’s commitment to caring for her mother and aunt—it added emotional weight and showed a different side of her. The cameos from Soledad and Yasmin (plus their partners and kids) were a highlight, and as always, I loved the surprise appearances and name drops from other Kennedy Ryan series. That’s such a fun nod for longtime readers.

That said, the book was a slow burn—very slow. It didn’t really pick up for me until well over halfway in.. Much of the focus was on Hendrix as a caregiver, and while that’s a very important part of her story, I wanted to see more of Hendrix the woman—her growth, her love life, her layers. There were also some questionable decisions in the plot that didn’t sit right with me. For example, the way a conversation with Maverick’s ex was handled felt off—it put Hendrix in a position she shouldn’t have had to take on. And the subplot between their assistants, Bolt and Skipper, was giving more cringey than quirky. It felt unnecessary and at times inappropriate.

Overall, this wasn’t my favorite in the series, but there’s still something here for Kennedy Ryan fans. I’m glad I read it for the continuity and the character moments I did love. But for me, Before I Let Go still holds the crown—it’s the book that made me fall in love with her writing, and I came into this one hoping for that same magic.

Once again KR does not disappoint in this final installation of her “Skyland” Series. This story follows Maverick & Hendrix as they grow a bond that tells the story of self love, acceptance, and finding love after devastating losses. I love Kennedy and how she interweaves real women’s issues in a swoony love story that isn’t so cookie cutter. She’s a magician with a keyboard and I won’t stand for any slander against her name

Ok I’m going to be totally honest with y’all , I read Book 1 in the Skyland series and I just loved it and Hendrix’s character so much , I had a little connection with her the first time around .

When I saw Book 3 was releasing I requested it and was so excited for the approval.

Can’t Get Enough left me feeling Indifferent about the series and rather disappointed.

Hendrix is the epitome of smart , classy and sassy businesswoman and is fearless .

Her mother is ill and has Alzheimer’s and is juggling her career while caring for her mother .

She meets hunky millionaire Maverick who is recently separated from his younger former girlfriend and his attraction for Hendrix is like no other !

This is a slow burn 🔥 friends to lovers romance with a more mature setting where both of narrators are older .

I appreciate that the author did extensive research and portrayed real life stressors of loving and caring for a loved one with Alzheimer’s in such a tender way , but I feel it took away from the story too much and I was not able to sink my teeth into this romance as I hoped .

I felt the character development with Maverick was done well but I felt Hendrix lost hers through out the story and I found myself not eager to jump back in the story .

I do call myself outlier as the reviews are high on this on Goodreads so take this review with a grain of salt 🧂 and don’t stop from reading the amazing Kennedy Ryan , I’m not a huge romance reader ( but have read a ton over my lifetime! 🫶🏼

5/5 Stars – And that’s only because I can’t give more.

Kennedy Ryan, ma’am, what do you want from me? Tears? Emotional devastation? To wreck my whole day and then somehow leave me full of hope anyway? Because mission accomplished.

Can’t Get Enough was everything. From the first word of the prologue, I was down BAD. Not even chapter one had a chance to catch me off guard—I was already crying. Kennedy’s books always get me emotional, but this one… it hit different. This story tapped directly into one of my deepest fears—something happening to my mom—and made me sit with it in the rawest, most vulnerable way. The anxiety, the helplessness, the weight of that possibility? Whew. I felt every single ounce of it.

But somehow, through all that pain, Kennedy still gave us a beautiful love story. The way the characters leaned on each other made me believe—really believe—that the right person will show up and hold you through the hardest parts of your life. Their bond was tender, real, and grounding.

I laughed. I cried (a lot). I fell in love with these people and their journey. It was better than Cats, better than therapy, better than anything the kids are saying these days. I walked into this book whole and walked out with a few cracks—but also with a full heart.

Kennedy, please don’t stop. Keep writing, keep breaking us in the best way, and keep reminding us that even in the dark, there’s still love worth fighting for.

Book #3 in the Skyland series. This can be read as a stand-alone but the main character does make an appearance in the previous books. I enjoyed the chemistry between Hendrix and Maverick. I liked that even though Maverick is a billionaire with tons of connections, Hendrix insisted on remaining independent. Kennedy Ryan expertly weaves into the story caring for an aging parent and Alzheimer's Disease. The spice is not spared- which I do not prefer and just skip over. This is possible without missing the story. Raw and emotional-this was the perfect ending to this series.

Kennedy Ryan does it again - a real life romance novel where the love story is happening while real life is lifing. In Can't Get Enough, we finally see Hendrix, the loveable funny friend, find her way to a real partnership. Hendrix has played the background in the Skyland series, being a supportive rich, single auntie so it was great to read her finally get her chance at love after being so supportive of her girlfriends. Ryan also touches on the midlife reality of caring for aging parents while also balancing a full life. Kennedy Ryan does a great job as always of developing multidimensional characters that you can picture in real life, while also creating a realistic storyline that always ends in a happily ever after.

This is a medium paced, middle aged romance, perfect for fans of Ryan's Skyland series.

Kennedy Ryan can do no wrong as far as I am concerned. I ate this book up!

Ryan continues to bring romance as well as a plot that deals with real world issues. I love her books so much because they make me feel so much. Hendrix is so focused and determined so when her vulnerability shines it hits so hard for me. Then we have Maverick who sees her. The forbidden love aspect may not be for every one but I loved it- the tension, the passion, the WANT!

Aside for the romance, we have a side plot of a parent diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I felt that Ryan did such a great job highlighting how difficult it can be to become a caregiver and how painful it is to watch a love one decline. My heart was in pieces reading this.

I want to highlight something that was in the author's notes. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't skip on these pages!

Ryan states that "an artist's duty is to reflect the times" and she does this. Her books don't shy away from some hard truths in this world but next to that she provides a reading experience that uplifts black joy, love and in this book, black wealth.

I will never stop recommending Kennedy Ryan to any and everyone.

As always, Kennedy Ryan's fantastic writing teaches lessons about the power of women. She never forgets to uplift women in her books, and her leading male characters are beautiful inside and out. She brings real-life struggles to her pages, hence the discussions about Alzheimer's, body shaming, and knowing your worth.

"Every love isn't forever.", she addresses the hard conversations in romantic relationships.
"You won't catch me tearing someone else down, especially not another woman, most especially not another Black one." The unity in this statement alone had me holding my hand to my heart. She revisits the amazing friendship and love between Sol, Yas and Hen.

When it comes to her heart, Hendrix is constantly in protection mode. She learns to lie in her softer self and let love in, and he puts her first.

"Yes, there is a power in making your own way and joy in sharing it. Sharing it with your family. Sharing it with your friends. And if you find the blessing of it, with the love of your life." Kennedy Ryan shows us what your village should be like in this book and all the others.
One thing that is so special about Hendrix is her choice to follow her own path: her confidence and strong self-agency. How could he not fall in love? Beautifully written and heartwarming with many takeaways!

After reading the first two books in the Skyland series, I was super excited to read Hendrix's story. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this was AMAZING!

First off, MAVERICK! MAV MAV MAV ... I wish they still made them like him lol
Besides that, I loved Hendrix as a character. In the other books she seemed very one dimensional but in this one you get a feel of who she is.. & FEELS is what I got this entire book.

It's hard to write a review without giving away the book but READ THIS BOOK! I hope there is a 4th one because I can definitely see a book centered around Hendrix's assistant Skipper (IYKYK).

I am convinced Kennedy cannot write a bad book. Can’t Get Enough did not disappoint and was such a beautiful ending for this series. As always, Kennedy does a phenomenal job at bringing difficult/emotional topics to light in such a beautiful and thoughtful way. There was so much raw emotion is this one, truly some of her best work. I’m truly sad to see the series end, but I’m glad it ended in such a high note.

Kennedy Ryan does it again. The Skyland series is one that I have loved from start to finish. Can't Get Enough follows Hendrix's story as the "rich auntie" of her friend group. She is a work oriented, driven woman who does not want kids and is known for taking care of the people around her. When Hendrix has to learn to cope with and care for her aging mom recently diagnosed with Alzheimer's, she starts to crave a partner in life. Lucky for her, she also meets Maverick Bell right around the same time and he is another wonderful Skyland MMC. Mav is a billionaire who wants Hendrix from the moment he first sees her.

Hendrix is not used to other people taking care of her, and Maverick does it with all of the extravagance he has at his availability. He's swoony, kind, hot and I'll take one for myself. Of course there are a few road blocks in the way of their story becoming an easy HEA, and I didn’t necessarily love this plot point, but I still really enjoyed this book. It was the perfect ending to this series. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved Hendrix getting her happily ever after. The author did an excellent job blending real life with a happily ever after.

What a fitting ending to the Skylands series! For a romance series, these books are first and foremost about the incredible women leads. Through the last two books, I had the pleasure of getting to know Hendrix, who is fierce, confident and the auntie every bestie needs. But in Can't Get Enough, she gets center stage.

The chemistry between Maverick and Hendrix is off the charts. I felt drawn to them in the same way. It's both steamy and supportive, in a way that only Kennedy Ryan can write. But we don't only get an epic love story, with its own complications, we go deep with what it's like to care for an aging parent AND fight systemic racism.

This book is worth picking up for so many reasons, but mostly because it will break and warm your heart in equal measure. I loved my time in Skylands and can not wait to pick up whatever Kennedy Ryan pens next.

I was really looking forward to this one—I’ve loved Kennedy Ryan’s writing in the past and had high hopes going in. While Can’t Get Enough had some beautiful and emotional moments, especially around Hendrix’s relationship with her mother, it ultimately fell a little flat for me.

I think part of it was the overall messiness of the plot. I’m not necessarily against messy stories—sometimes they add depth and realism—but in this case, it felt like it distracted from the heart of the book: Hendrix and Maverick’s relationship. I found myself wanting more development between them and more emotional depth that wasn’t tied so heavily to the connection with Zere. I definitely understand navigating that is hard but their connection felt a bit overshadowed, and I just wished the story had stood more firmly on its own rather than leaning so much on that.

That said, I really appreciated getting to know Hendrix better, especially her journey as a daughter navigating her mother’s Alzheimer’s. Those parts of the book were tender and authentic.

Overall, while there were elements I appreciated, this just didn’t hit the way I hoped it would.

I love Kennedy Ryan always, and her new book doesn't disappoint! Hendrix is the epitome of class. Despite having it all together, she still deserves a beautiful relationship, and that's where Maverick comes into play. I feel like their relationship is very real, and moves at a real pace.

Out of all the Skyland ladies, I was most excited for Hendrix’s story. And, I was not disappointed.

Kennedy Ryan did such an amazing job capturing the raw emotion and how difficult it can be caring for someone with Alzheimer’s. The progression of Hendrix and Maverick’s relationship fit the storyline well. However, I selfishly would have liked them to get together sooner but that’s just me being greedy because I wanted Hendrix to throw everything to the wayside and claim her man.

This was a great way to finish the Skyland series and I’m sad to see it end.

This book was the perfect ending to Kennedy's trilogy of friends. We had heard in previous books that our Heroine had a busy job, so Kennedy's filling in the blanks was perfection. I love how the love story had some bumps along the way and real life situations.

From the moment Hendrix and Maverick (Mav) met, they instantly connected through experiencing Alzheimer's in a loved one. Hendrix’s mom is currently diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and Hendrix is learning how to cope with it as well as taking care of her mother. Mav had a previous family member who passed away from Alezheimer’s so he was always there to comfort Hendrix when needed. After meeting, Mav learns about Hendrix’s company and is interested in investing. As they meet up more, they continue to learn more about one another and their tension is insane! I hated Mav’s ex, I could not stand her! Overall I loved this book so much and love Hendrix and Mav together.
