Reading ASK YOU SPIRIT is the best gift you could give to yourself. It explains how to connect and gain guidance from your higher self around any subject in your life (relationship to self, friendships, partnerships, work, family, health, body, money, pets - you name it!). It offers questions to help you start a conversation in a way that helps you to receive clear answers and prompts to question your beliefs and your energetic hold specifically around money and abundance. It's written in a clear and beautiful way that offers stories from the author's clients that allows you can learn from their stories as well. The last few chapters especially were very moving to read. So happy to have had the chance to read this empowering book.

Much gratitude to Grand Central Publishing and NetGalley for the arc in exchange for my honest review.

I really like the idea of tapping into inner wisdom but this felt too supernatural to me and not so much about intuition. It’s full of stories from her paid shows and it felt a lot like books I’ve read by people who claim to be psychic more than information about tapping into the subconscious or your own wisdom. It also felt a lot like a long ad for her services. I am a skeptic by nature who enjoys books that help change or open my mind, but this book didn’t do that for me. It will be an excellent resource for people who already believe in spirit guides and such.

Thank you to NetGalley for this ARC!

I first discovered Christine Lang while listening to a podcast she was a guest on and was instantly drawn to her work and messages, so I decided to read this book!

This book is all about connecting with your higher self, or as she refers to it, “your spirit.” It’s divided into very practical sections on how to better connect with your spirit, and it also covers some of the most frequently asked questions. I believe the majority of people already have a strong sense of intuition, and this book offers a way to dive deeper into those intuitive feelings.

I loved how Christine used real client stories in each of the major chapters to provide tangible examples of how people have connected with their spirit and what their spirit is trying to tell them. She explores all the major relationships that we experience, including relationships with self, partners, parents, friends, and work.

I really enjoyed reading this book, and it allowed me to dive into some self-reflection on levels I haven’t before. I’m excited to apply some of the learnings in my everyday life. I would definitely recommend it to others who are interested in these topics!
