Ugh this one is a big no from me 😭😭 I absolutely LOVED the first one & I really liked the second one but this one couldn’t keep my attention sadly. I think my main issue with this book is it feels too similar to the Rebel Blue Ranch series by Lyla Sage. As I was reading this book I just felt like it was too damn similar and couldn’t get into it. Sometimes the smut is a bit much as well :(( I really wanted to like this one since I LOVED holding the reins but idk :/ I am curious how her 4th book is going to be & who it’s going to be about!!

I have absolutely loved this series so far. This one wasnt my favorite of the series but i really had a fun time reading this one! Ginger and Cole had amazing chemistry and were so good for one another I just wish we got to see more of their relationship, I feel like we saw a lot of them sleeping together instead of more of them working through their issues together and growing. Overall, this was a great single dad romance and these three as a family made my heart so happy!

I have been waiting forever for Ginger and Cole's story and it was everything if not more than I thought it would be. Riding the High is the third book in the Silver Pines Ranch series, and no you don't need to read the prior books first. But if you don't like spoilers on prior couples then read them first. And if you aren't into cowboy romances but want to try the series, this book is for you.

"Save a horse, ride the sheriff?"
Cole Ashby, aka Law Daddy is a reformed playboy who is the newly appointed town sheriff. He is a single dad to an adorable and spunky Mabel who is the life of every book and I love her even more in this book. He's been wronged early on in marriage and doesn't want a commitment because of it. So he travels out of town for one night stands. That is until one drunken night in Vegas for Nash and Cece's bachelor/bachelorette party. Waking up married was not on his bingo card, and without causing problems in his new job he has to find a way to hide it until he can fix it.
Ginger, the daughter of a politician, and Cece Ashby's best friend has had a crush on Cole Ashby since she was younger. But he has always been off limits and untouchable. Even with how close they have bonded she hasn't been able to break through his wall built around his heart. When she learns they are secretly married, she wishes she could find a way to keep it and not let it end. And when Cole asks her to move in over the summer to be a nanny to Mabel she knows her heart won't be able to withstand what happens at the end of summer.
I knew I would love the chemistry between Cole and Ginger but seeing how Ginger is with Mabel was an extra added touch. Thank you NetGalley and Random House Publishing for sending me an early release copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions of this review are my own.

I will always and forever be a sucker for a friends to lovers romance. Combine it with an accidental Vegas wedding and a nanny for the summer plotline, and it’s a perfect combination.
This is the third book in the Silver Pines series and it absolutely did not disappoint. I loved Ginger and Cole’s entire dynamic and was so excited to read their story after seeing hints of them in the first 2 books. The way they cared for each other was so beautiful to see, and I loved watching their relationship develop. Ginger’s bond with Cole’s daughter, Mabel, was also so lovely. It was so sweet to watch this little family find each other.
Of course, in typical Paisley Hope fashion, there was also plenty of spice and found family/just family. The Ashbys have quickly become one of my favorite fictional families. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a small town romance!

This was cute and I loved Cole and Ginger! I loved Cole’s bond with his daughter and how him and her welcomed Ginger into their space. It did take me a second to get into this one. But it was overall a cute friends to lover story.

I loved the main characters so much! A Kentucky romance? Who can resist *swoon* - and the handcuff scene? Are you kidding me?! 😮💨🔥😍 The friends to lovers trope was sooo good in this one 👌

I am now officially a Paisley Hope fan! I loved this whole series and Cole and Ginger’s friends to lovers trope in this story is done perfectly. I couldn’t put this book down because the banter and flirting kept me so hooked!!
Ginger as an FMC was so spicy and fun, paired with Cole as a single dad gave the perfect amount of tension. I loved how Cole was a reformed playboy wanting to change his ways for Ginger.
This book was really reminiscent of Lost and Lassoed for me however I wished the characters in this book had a little bit more development. The plot was a bit fast paced and made it a quick easy read (a potato chip book). I always enjoy an accidental marriage paired with single dad x nanny and this book delivered on both those tropes.

✨free spirited nanny fmc
✨secret friends to lovers
✨accidental marriage in Vegas
✨best friend’s brother
something about a law daddy just does it for me😜 but throw in the fact that he’s a single dad?? DONE, BYEEEEE😮💨 and the nickname vixen perfectly suits ginger, I literally melted every time he called her that and “my wife”🥵
the banter between these two was absolutely amazing. I loved seeing the foundation of their friendship between the present and flashbacks, and when things finally turned steamy it was *chef’s kiss* perfect. I mean, that handcuffs scene??? I am so sat for this.
and let’s not forget sweet lil mabel!!!!! my precious girl must be protected at all costs🥹 and that epilogue….. might just be my favorite thing in the whole world.
thank you @authorpaisleyhope and @netgalley for an arc in exchange for an honest review!!

Paisley Hope has become one of my favorite easy read authors for great reason and this book did not disappoint. This is the 3rd book in the Silver Pines series between Cole and Ginger (😍😍😍). I’ve been waiting for this one and can now say it is my second fav from the series so far. The relationship dynamic between the two was so sweet and funny. It was such a cozy fun read and I cannot wait for Hayden’s 🥰🥰🥰
Thank you NetGalley, Dells Publishing, and Paisley Hope for an Arc of this book.

I loved this book!!!! I literally kept reading small parts to drag it out longer because I didn’t want it to end 😭

Thank you to Random House and NetGalley for early access to this ARC.
A bingeable sexy "secret" friends to lovers story.
Ginger and Cole had a fantastic friendship and electric chemistry that pulled me in and kept me hooked. I really felt their deep connection and desire for each other
The way they thought no one realized how close they were was laughable. Mabel was so adorable and I loved that she made them closer and a unit. The additional family dynamics was charming and funny.
I will say, while the sex was spicy and mostly ok, there were a few times when it felt a little unrealistic and over done. Their tension was palpable and it dropped a bit in the second half.
Overall, this books was great and I will go back to the others in the series.

When i requested the book i thought it was an audiobook. My bad, it's not the publisher or Netgalley fault. As a mom it's hard to find time to sit and read. I did start the story and found it okay. I did not get far enough in the story to see if I would get into the characters. I'm not worried I didn't get to finish because I plan to just download the audiobook.

I have read all of Paisley Hopes Previous books and loved them, so I went into this book with that expectation and she absolutely knocked it out of the park. Thank you so much for the amazing opportunity and I can’t wait to read more from her!

Thank you to NetGalley and Ballantine for the ARC! Here it is, the book we’ve been building up to since we first met the Ashby family. Cole is the strong single dad Sheriff and Ginger is his younger sister’s best friend who has always had a crush on him. A drunken night of dares and a surprise wedding later, they’re trying to figure out if they can live together as married friends after years of hidden feelings on both sides. Between the fake dating, drunken wedding in Vegas, cinnamon roll law enforcement officer, single dad, hot nanny, bad cop, political family, and deadbeat mom to name a few, there were just too many tropes for me. Regardless, the love story was a cute one.

I’ve been dying to get to Cole and Ginger’s story – and it did not disappoint! 👏🏻
I love coming back to a series where your favorite characters pop up, there’s plenty of small town drama, and lots of emotional impact. Cole and Ginger’s story kept me flipping those pages as fast as I could.
Ginger and Cole are just friends. She’s his little sister’s best friend. He’s the newly appointed town sheriff and his world revolves around his daughter. They’ve been there for each other for years – if one of them needs help, the other is always there to save them. But one drunken night in Vegas changes everything and starts to unravel the lies they’ve been living.
This book has it all! Amazingly well-written characters, a slow burn that burns hottttt, banter to make you swoon, and plenty of emotional impact to touch your heart. I completely fell for Cole and Ginger and was rooting for them this entire book. I swear this series just keeps getting better and better!
If you’re looking for your next small town romance, this is the one!
Thank you to NetGalley, the publisher, and the author for providing me an ARC of this book – all thoughts and opinions are my own.

This is definitely my favorite Silver Pines novel!! I have been so excited for Cole and Ginger’s story and Paisley Hope definitely didn’t disappoint! This one had me hooked from the start and I loved Cole and Ginger’s story so much!!!
Cole and Ginger’s characters are so well done! Cole is the hardworking, dedicated, caring single father who will do anything to make sure his daughter has the life she deserves. He’s selfless, funny, loving and kind. I loved him!! Ginger is his perfect equal with her feisty, fun, loving personality. Living under the thumb of her father’s career for her entire life, Ginger just wants to feel like her own person. I loved her and her kind, genuine, and caring nature!!!
I loved these two SO much. Genuinely couldn’t get enough of them! This is such a fun, banter and chemistry filled friends to lovers story. Their dynamic is so good, two people who will poke fun at each other 24/7, but when needed are always there for one another. I loved getting to see these two explore the tension & chemistry that has been building between them for YEARS. There is so much passion, desire, love, and trust in their relationship, its so so good. The smut in this is so well-done too and matches these characters so well!!! Love love love them!!

Cole and Ginger have been friends for years, and there has always been an attraction there. When they drunkenly get married in Vegas, they realize they might have just messed up both of their lives. Cole has just been named Sheriff, and a drunken marriage wouldn’t look good in a small town. Ginger’s father is up for re-election and a scandal would be bad for him. Cole could use some help with his daughter over the summer, so Ginger moves in while they wait for a divorce.
I loved stepping back into Silver Pines. Cole and Ginger have always been such a fun part of the family, and the tension between them was felt even in the other books. I was so happy to hear that they were getting their own books. I enjoyed reading how Cole stopped his playboy ways and Ginger finally stood up for herself. This is a fun and spicy read.

I received an arc of this book for an honest review.
This book hit all the feels. I am a sucker for single dad romances. The relationship between Ginger and Cole is just fantastic. There was so much sexual tension leading up to it. Coles dirty talk is chefs kiss! Also watching Ginger and Mabes grow together was something that was perfect. This was my first book I read in this series and honestly i don't know if i want to read the others because of the bond these two have. I will want more of them throughout the other books.

Riding the High // Paisley Hope
Out now!!
Thank you Netgalley and Random House Publishing for this copy in exchange for a review!
I love a COWBOY ROMANCE.
BUT this isn’t just a cowboy romance, this is a SHERIFF who is also a cowboy!!
And wait for it……. He’s a SINGLE DAD too.
Oh more, and a reformed playboy!
This is the third in a series. I’ve read the first (Holding the Reins) and I’m picking up the second tomorrow (Training the Heart).
I’ve never read a cowboy romance with this storyline. FRIENDS TO LOVERS is my favorite trope and this one delivers! This was the perfect combination - it’s like Paisley Hope wondered what kind of cowboy romance I’d personally like and then wrote it. This is also very spicy - but it fits the plot.
Don’t read any more summary than this - the surprises are so fun!!
And randomly, how does it seem like every cowboy has a friend who plays NFL hockey? Those two things don’t really seem to go together. I’m not complaining but just noting that this isn’t the first cowboy friend group that included a famous hockey player.
Highly recommend this one for a new perspective on cowboy romance! I loved it.

I have loved the Ashby family stories! This one was such a sweet combo of friends to lovers with a side of accidental marriage. The chemistry between the characters was Fire! And sweet Mabel was the star of the show! I definitely enjoyed this one!!
