This children’s activity book (Brightly Contributor) is illustrated by Liv Wan. It uses construction related items in the activities aimed at 3-to-5-year-olds. The book starts with a letter to grown-ups and has clear, crisp, and colorful illustrations. It focuses on learning through fun entertainment. Activities include letter and number recognition, coloring, tracing, matching, connect the dots, mazes, counting, drawing, and patterns. Different types of trucks, equipment, safety gear, and tools are used in the illustrations.
The book is successful in combining fun and education. The variety of activities adds to the creativity and helps to keep a child’s interest. However, some of the activities feel a little repetitive if they are being done in one long session. If the activities are broken up over time, they work better.
Z Kids, Zeitgeist Insiders Club, and Brightly provided a complimentary digital ARC of this novel via NetGalley. All thoughts and opinions expressed in this review are my own.

What a fantastic little activity book for the kid who loves trucks! Geared for kids aged 3-5, it’s packed with all kinds of fun activities to help kids learn their numbers, letters and colors, all while navigating their way around the construction site, with all its different trucks and tools. Through coloring, tracing, and matching, kids learn basic concepts for counting, writing their letters, and identifying different shapes and colors. There are activities geared for learning about ‘big and small’, ‘the same and different’ and pattern recognition. Dot to dots, mazes and color by numbers provide a fun yet more challenging learning experience. My three year old grandson is going to absolutely love this!
Thank you to NetGalley and Zeitgeist for the opportunity to preview an advance digital copy of this really cool activity book. The opinions expressed are my own and this is my honest review.

This preschool construction book is packed with engaging content like letters, numbers, counting, and fine motor skill activities. The illustrations are bright and beautiful, capturing kids’ attention on every page. It also features a wide variety of construction vehicles, going far beyond the basics for a more in-depth and exciting learning experience.

As the description says, Construction Site Preschool Activity Book is a brightly colored, interactive, learning tool for preschool children ages 3-5.
With concepts such as numbers, letters, patterns and colors, the young child is immersed in the world of construction unaware of the knowledge they are absorbing.
Great learning too, for fun and education.

My three boys absolutely have cherished working on this book with me! It’s sooooo cute for boys to get into their work with the construction theme.

Love, Love, Love this activity book. I am a homeschool teaching mama and I love finding books that encourage learning and that my little ones love at the same time . This book uses contraction site items to encourage learning. So Creative, like street sign shapes and counting tools and letters for construction vehicles. Both my 5-year- son and 2 ½-year -old daughter absolutely loved this book. The illustrations are colorful and bright, perfect for grabbing their attention. So many fun activities perfect for preschoolers. Great for any classroom or homeschool.
Your family will love it! I hope they create More! Perfect for everything I need.
A Sky Full of Stars

This is so cute! It's something I would definitely get my kiddo if he was a little older (he's not quite two). So many kids have a love of construction things so this is perfect. I love the wide span of items to do -- color by number, mazes, counting, writing, etc.

This is such a fun activity book! Even I learned about a few new pieces of heavy equipment. My favorite part was that the alphabet was presented multiple different ways and even with different items for some letters.
Thank you to NetGalley and Zeitgeist for an ARC of this book! This is my honest review.

I really wish they had a book like this when my son was young. This is the perfect book for any boy or girl who is into trucks and construction. From the alphabet, numbers, mazes, coloring and more this book has it all for young children to learn and have fun too. The pages are colorful and eye catching for children. It has a lot of things to do for hours of fun.

Great book for a boy or for any child into trucks and construction. It is also a great resource for teachers and school occupational therapists, such as myself...or anyone working with children to use as a tool to assist in building tracing, fine motor, visual motor, and visual perceptual skills. It has different activities from matching, tracing, cutting, telling the difference, orientation activities, and more. The pictures are very fun. The book is very engaging and I really would love a copy for myself to use with my children.

Thank you so much to Brightly, Zeitgeist (Z Kids), and NetGalley for the opportunity to check out this Construction Site Preschool Activity Book. I will share my review to Goodreads, Amazon, and Barnes & Noble upon release. This workbook is for toddlers and young children around the ages of 2-5. Children who are interested in construction, big trucks and heavy machinery, building things, etc. will enjoy turning each page to find a new activity to accomplish. Some pages ask you to trace, some ask you to match, some to color, some to write or draw. Each task helps with fine motor control, considering the requirement to complete with a writing tool. Some pages have opportunities to color as well, which is a cool fun touch and children will enjoy being able to express their creativity. There is a good variety of activities and puzzles to keep children interested, and help them learn along the way. This would be a great book for a busy task for a rainy day or car trip, or just everyday fun and learning. The colors are bright, borders are bold, and words are easy to read, directions easy to understand. Would recommend! Thanks again!

This is a great activity book for any toddler who is interested in construction vehicles and tools! The illustrations were bright and eye catching and the activities were very age appropriate and appealing. I
There’s also a good variation in activities throughout the book. It was hard to use in the app, but my 4 year old was very interested in it, and he is one that I have a harder time keeping his attention for completion of learning activities. Overall great activity book!

Bright, eye catching illustrations and fin activities like tracing and matching the pairs make the book really appealing to four year olds and above, My son who is a big big fan of mega machines simply loved these activities. After finishing the activity, we simply loved to sit down and talk about all the machines and tools. If you have a little one whole loves these machines, this one is a fun addition to your activity books collection.

First, we really like this activity book and would definitely buy it. However, it is very difficult to do most of these activities via a digital copy and/or the NetGalley app. This would be a much better physical ARC.
My three year old loved doing the activities as best we could on the digital copy. We mostly counted and practiced naming the construction vehicles. We really enjoyed having a vehicle for each letter, but a few of them were a stretch… (night paver?)
Thank you to NetGalley for the ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Bringing Construction Interests and Learning Together
This activity book coupled in construction terms, colors, counting, letters and shapes in an engaging workbook format. I can see how a child of the construction interest would find this book more fun than work.
The illustrations utilized a wide pallet of colors that will hold interest throughout the book.
This book would be a great activity book to spread out an activity a day across several weeks. I think it would be a great preparation workbook or supplemental to reinforce previously learned concepts.
I received a copy of this book from Brightly. I am voluntarily leaving a review. All opinions are my own.

I am always on the look out for engaging activities for my almost 4yo son. He is very much into trucks and construction and this is the perfect activity book for his age. The colourful illustrations and activities are sure to capture kids attention and keep them focussed. Thank you to NetGalley and the author for the advanced copy.

Thanks to NetGalley for the arc
This is a book that teaches young children about what it is like to work in a construction site. This book teaches children in a way that is fun and interactive. I think little kids will love this book.

I want to start by thanking the author and publisher for giving me the opportunity to read the advanced copy of this book. This was absolutely adorable and I can’t wait to buy for my child!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This is THE BEST looking activity book...I wish it were already out! I've already preordered it too! My son is so excited to really do the activity pages and not just look at them. Looks amazing!!

This is perfect for my nephew. My sister is starting to homeschool him and he is obsessed with all things trucks and machines. I wanted to check this out to see if it has the things she’s looking for with the tracing, counting, etc, and it has all that and more. This is such a cute book!
