Really enjoyed this book. Second chance, childhood/first love romance. He's obsessed with her and she has her walls up. Absolutely ate this up.

Lyla Sage has done it again! What an incredible final instalment to an incredible series! I couldn’t put Wild & Wrangled down, and at the same time, I didn’t want this book to ever end.

I think this might be my favourite in the series. Cam and Dusty’s story was everything I hoped and wanted it to be, and so much more. I think this book has altered my brain chemistry, and Dusty is the most top tier book boyfriend of all time. My heart broke so many times during this read, for both Cam and Dusty. This is by far the most emotional and raw and heartbreaking book in the Rebel Blue series, but also the one that heals the most,

Lyla Sage has created a fictional world that I will come back to over and over again, because it feels like coming home. I will be thinking about these books and characters for a long, long time to come. Rebel Blue forever!

What a beautiful romance about young love rekindling even when both individuals have grown and changed. Dusty is 100% my favourite love interest of the Rebel Blue Ranch series thus far. This book broke my heart in certain parts - poor Cam, poor Dusty.

Two things which I'd love to have known more about were the repercussions with Cam's parents after her decisions have been made at the end of the novel, and then a bit more about Cam and Riley adjusting in the beginning of the novel.

Overall, I loved the One That Got Away trope, and Cam and Dusty when they were younger were so damn cute!

This was such a brilliant end to this series. I absolutely love second chance romance and this one was amazing. The mutual pining from these two had me melting. Who knew I needed a blonde, tattooed cowboy with a nose ring in my life?! I loved the dual timeline and seeing how their relationship played out over the years. So sad that this series has come to an end. I will miss Rebel Blue Ranch so much 😭😭

Thank you to NetGalley and the publishers for sending me an arc of this book !

Dusty the man you are !!! I absolutely loved this book and need more of all of these characters especially Riley (she’s so precious). This has become such a comfort series that I can revisit on any days where I feel down or the world feels to heavy. Cam & Dusty’s story broke me and I knew I was going to love them from the glimpses we had from the other books in this series.

"even though l've tried,I've never been able to see my life without you.”

I have never been particularly fond of stories that jump between past and present, but in this case, it was executed with such elegance. The flashbacks not only offered insights into their shared history but also enriched their love story, adding layers of innocence, depth, and understanding. I appreciated that, despite the challenges in their relationship, there was no animosity or toxicity—just a bond that remained unbroken. This is one of the qualities I truly admire in this author: the ability to weave genuine emotion, a sense of camaraderie, and characters who feel profoundly authentic into her narratives.

I absolutely need more of Riley she’s the absolute cutest and adore her relationship with every character she truly brings out the best in people.

I’m so sad to that this is the last book in the Rebel Blue Ranch series but I will read anything else Lyla Sage writes !!!!

Firstly, I love the cover, I knew from the moment I read the first chapter that I would enjoy this book the most from the series as it has my favourite trope 'Second Chance Love. I enjoyed Dusty's character. He was refreshing, caring, loving, understanding, and what Cam needed.
This was an easy cosy read, and I would recommend to readers who enjoy cowboy books and romance

This was the weakest in the series for me. Slow burn romances tend to be full of yearning but this one is just boring. So much of nothing happens where we're told that they have a connection but it's completely tell and not show.

I'm sure readers of romance who enjoy self-inserting will love Dusty but as someone who wants to read two different characters fall in love with each other, he was too perfect and Camille not nearly interesting enough to inspire his level of devotion.

So so happy to receive an ARC for this book! Loved this book! Dusty made this book for me and I will never stop thinking about it. What a way to end a series!

YOU ARE SIMPLY NOT READY 😭😍🤯

Dusty Tucker, you gentleman you. I don’t think I can gather my thoughts properly right now because this book blew me away, I loved it so much! Dusty and Cam are my favourite pairing in Meadowlark and their relationship is quite literally everything. If I could quote the lines, I would, because I tabbed SO many that made my heart literally soar - but it shall have to wait until publication day! I had such a good time reading this.

Without a shadow of a doubt, this is the best book in the Rebel Blue Ranch series, and I take back what I said about Meadowlark men - Dusty, yes sir 🫡 I was giggling, I was blushing, it doesn’t get better than that!

Thank you so much to Lyla and Penguin for sending me an ARC of Wild and Wrangled! ❤️

Let me start by saying I love this series, the found family feels like a big hug. After reading and loving lost and lassoed I had pretty high hopes for this one…
I can’t lie I didn’t enjoy it as much and Lost and Lassoed will remain my favourite in this series.
Needless to say I did enjoy wild and wrangled, it started off really strong, the premise had me hooked and I was excited to get into this second chance romance. It definitely had a lot of sweet moments and I love Riley I think she’s so cute

I think this one just fell a bit flat for me and I didn’t really feel connected to cam & dusty. The book switched between past & present and I enjoyed the past chapters because it felt like we were learning more about them compared to the present ones.
I’m glad I read the series and I would recommend for a fun time and I will continue to read anything Lyla writes in the future 🫶🏼

Thank you to Netgalley for the arc!

I don't like having to write negative reviews, but honestly, I was really underwhelmed by Wild and Wrangled. It's such a shame considering it's the last book of the series. Overall, I was just a bit bored reading it and needed more to happen.

It's unfortunate when the main characters don't stand out in their own book. I found myself more invested in Cam and Dusty's interactions with the other characters than with each other. I love a second chance romance but I felt the yearning and want was a bit lacking. I want to feel consumed by their past love and their journey getting back together, and I didn't feel that at all. A third act break-up can have it's place but here it was completely unnecessary and added nothing to the story.

I also feel like throughout the series, there were storylines/topics where the surface was only scratched and could've been delved into deeper to enrich the books.

On the positive side, I really liked the friend group interactions, and any scene with Teddy, Gus, Riley and Amos, I always enjoy.

For me, this series progressively got better, with Lost and Lassoed being my favourite, but sadly it regressed with Wild and Wrangled.

Thank you to Lyla Sage, Quercus, and NetGalley for the e-arc in exchange for an honest review.

Overview:
Camille Ashwood has always loved a plan. But when her groom doesn't show up to their wedding, Cam's life is turned upside down - she doesn't even have a place to live. That is until she finds out the house she's loved since high school is available to rent. There's only one problem: the neighbour.

Dusty Tucker has spent nearly all of his adult life running from Cam - the girl who was his first, well, everything. But when she moves in next door, newly single, Dusty wants to show her that they can just be friends.

Despite her best attempts to stay far away from Dusty Tucker, Cam realizes that being close to him is like slipping on her favourite jeans. That is until past wounds start to open and feelings - both old and new - wreak havoc. Nearly ten years after they first met, Dusty and Cam begin to wonder if their first love can also be their last. And this time, will it be forever?

Review:
This just wasn’t for me. It’s written in first person and has a dual POV which just feels basic and very wattpad-esque. I think Lyla Sage is probably very strong at writing contemporary romances for people who love them already, but it isn’t interesting enough for anyone outside the genre to dip their toe into. It also isn’t strong enough as a stand alone, there’s a lot of callbacks to the rest of the series.

4.5 stars - a wonderful romance full of sweet relationships, love and hope. The perfect send off to the series.

Having absolutely loved Lost and Lassoed I couldn’t wait to start Wild and Wrangled. I very much enjoy second chance romances especially when they are done well, which this one most definitely was. As with the other three books in the Rebel Blue Ranch series this was another heartfelt romance full of love and hope.

The flashbacks to when Cam and Dusty were high schoolers were sprinkled in perfectly, these moments added such depth to both of the characters as well as their relationship then and now. To see how much they had both grown and changed since high school and how they still felt so strongly about one another despite the years having passed was so sweet.

Dusty’s unwavering love and surety of his own feelings was the strength in this love story. He is unequivocally the epitome of a gentleman. To be there for Cam time and time again, supporting her and Riley’s needs, his maturity to know that the timing when they were kids just wasn’t right for them but that they could both work on themselves to be in a place where they could support, trust and love one another once again now 15 years later.

As with the other books the relationships (friendships and romantic pairings) are so beautifully written with such care and attention to the characters needs from each other. It was so lovely to see the progression of past characters (Teddy’s ‘step parent’ relationship with Riley) as well as fall in love with Dusty and Cam being together.

I absolutely loved the bonus chapter of Emmy and Luke’s wedding day. It was so sweet to have all the siblings and Amos together at her mother’s resting place. It was the perfect roundup to this heartfelt romance series, I am so sad to say goodbye to Rebel Blue and will miss these characters dearly.

Thank you Quercus, Lyla Sage for granting my arc request wish on Netgalley. All thoughts and opinions are my own.

This book was very cute and felt like a very nostalgic kind of love 🫶🏼 I honestly think I preferred the past tense chapters more than the present tense chapters!

This concluded the rebel blue ranch series really well. It was emotional, romantic, funny & spicy. Everything you’d want in a cowboy romance.

I think Lyla Sage’s writing gets better and better with every book 😍

The only reason I didn’t rate this book higher is simply just because I wasn’t a big fan of the FMC… but that’s just a matter of opinion. I would still recommend this book! 🥰

I really really loved this book. Dusty was a fantastic MMC. It was a really well done second chance romance and a great conclusion to the Rebel Blue Ranch series. Lyla Sage has created such a good found family and I’m very sad that the series has come to an end, but can’t wait for what she comes out with next.

Ugh DUSTY AND CAM 🫶🏻 what an ending to this series! I was so emotional reading their second chance at love and finding their way back to each other after so long.

Dusty is such a beautiful soul whose love for Cam never wavered. His restraint when he just wanted to love Cam with everything he had was heartbreaking but beautiful at the same time.

I just know that Dusty is the SEXIEST man in Meadowlark for sure 😍 the long hair, the nose ring, the tattoos, the cropped T-shirts, and also the fact that Ada and Emmy both commented on how attractive he is 🤣

I loved seeing Cam start living life for herself and Riley instead of trying to please her parents (they are the world’s worst parents for sure). So happy to see her get her HEA 🥰

A special mention to Riley for being an adorable child with no filter who doesn’t let the adults lie about their emotions 😆 and also Amos for being dad to basically everyone in Meadowlark and giving them the best advice every single time it was needed ❤️

The final book in the Rebel Blue Ranch series is a second chance romance between Cam & Dusty. If you've read the previous book, you know that Cam was left at the altar on her wedding day. This book continues immediately on from that.

I loved the chemistry between these two characters. The slow burn really worked for them, and when they finally reunited, it was done well.

I wish the storyline between Cam and her parents was a bit meatier. We met them briefly, and that was it, I feel like there was room to include them again, even if it was just Cam cutting them from her life. I feel it needed to be shown. The same goes for her wedding day. I understand that Cam didn't actually really want to be with Graham, but she didn't show any emotion at all really about being left at the altar.

Dusty was perfect - probably a bit too perfect, to be honest. He is gorgeous, funny, and kind, and I think his personality sometimes outshone Cam's. I loved the flashbacks to when they were teenagers in love, and Dusty's notes were so cute. I would have liked to learn about his travels. Did he ever fall in love with anyone else, or was it only ever, Cam?

Unfortunately, this wasn't my favourite book in this series, but I'm looking forward to seeing what Lyla Sage will write in the future.

Thanks to Netgalley for a copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

I refuse to believe that I’m saying goodbye to rebel blue ranch. The found family that I felt like I, personally was a part of 🏠
I have been anticipating Cam’s story since the beginning and let me tell you I was not disappointed in the least.
DUSTY THE MAN THAT YOU ARE ❤️‍🩹 this man is IN LOVE with my girl Cam. He is so down bad he would truly do anything for her. We get flashbacks from Cam’s teenage years about her and her parents messy and controlling relationship with her so it warmed my heart to see her finally get the love she deserves and how she was accepted into the Ryders big family and love her like she’s their own flesh and blood. My heart couldn’t handle the way that they all showed up for her when they knew she needed them without having to be asked. This is a book for the act of service girlies‼️
I really loved getting to see Riley again and watch her and Dusty’s friendship evolve. Dusty stepped up to be a great addition to her support system and Cam and Gus‘s co parenting team.
This book not only felt like a love story between Cam and Dusty but a love letter to us, the readers who have been following along with the story for however long. I think the series really has something for everyone and almost anyone will be able to find themselves in a character within the story 💌

“I'd never fallen out of love with Cam-not in all the time we were apart. Cam taught me what it was like to love and be loved. I took that with me around the world. I built upon it and every type of love I'd felt was compared to it, and nothing had ever come close-it was always her. It was always going to be her”

Thank you so so much to NetGalley and quercerus for giving me the chance to read an ARC copy 💙 I am so unbelievably grateful, thank you for giving me my first 5 star of the year x

I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this entire series and was looking forward to seeing how it would conclude with Cam and Dusty’s story.
I’ve actually not read a lot of second chance romances but this one has definitely swayed me to seek them out more often.
I really liked Dusty and could understand where Cam was coming from - most of the time.
It was great to see Riley and the whole Ryder extended family/town again and Rebel Blue is definitely a location that draws me in with each and every one of these books.
I also liked the tension that has built up between them by the point they end up the in the motel.
I will say, I did start to get a bit annoyed with how many times Cam rolled her eyes. This seems like a minor grievance but it started to bother me with how it was mentioned in so many of her chapters, again and again.
And the third act breakup - of sorts - was not my favourite either. Was it just me or did Cam totally overreact?
But, overall, this was a well paced and easy to read story.
I also loved the epilogue with Emmy and Brooks’ wedding. It really wrapped everything up nicely and was the perfect ending to the series.
Thank you to Netgalley for providing me with a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.
