This book is down to earth and feels like listening to a friend tell their story. I like the sense of humor throughout. I often overthink things and get stuck in my head, so there were a lot of things in this book that resonated with me. He doesn't pretend to be a therapist, he just wanted to tell his story. I think a lot of people could benefit from reading this book, just to know that they are not alone in the way they feel.
Thank you, Net Galley and Hay House, for the ARC in exchange for my honest review.
