This audiobook hooker me right away and I was laughing my ass off. 🤣 I felt this was the most sincere meet cute of a book. I legit could see this happening. This books plays out so nicely and in such a realistic way. I liked the obstacles in the way of the relationship and how they were resolved. I loved the narrators and how well they were paired. I'm excited for the epilogue and the store I hope we get next. Also love the New York and Green Bay shout outs cause those are my two favourite teams.

I had such a great time with this story! The characters were so enjoyable, and their interactions had me laughing out loud. I loved how real they felt and how their personalities shone through in every moment. The chemistry between them was natural and made me care deeply about their journey.
The story itself had a wonderful, light feel to it. It wasn’t heavy, but it still had warmth and depth. The plot flowed easily, and I loved how it balanced humor with sweet, heartfelt moments. The messages between the characters added a nice touch, giving a unique way to show their connections and growth. It was definitely a story that kept me smiling throughout.

This was one of those reads where I did find it cute, fun and enjoyable and entertaining a cute rom com BUT I really couldn't get connected to the story or characters at all.
Andy and Harlow had this meet cute and I did enjoy how Andy fell for Harlow when he least expected it and was busy trying to get his career situation underhand. The banter and text messages were super fun to read as is typical of Sara's books.
I did not feel any chemistry or connection between these two characters. Obviously I wouldn't call it miscommunication or lying but he tried to hide who he was which caused some issues in the story for me.
Again a cute n fun book like Sara typically writes I just couldn't connect . Sara is great at rom com so if you like these tropes it may be a hit for you.

Not your biggest fan. Girl meets pro football player. Doesn’t know who he is. Football player is narcissistic.
