A enemy to lovers which is my favorite trope where the MMC is a Billionaire and the MFC is a struggling wedding planner. The one thing that happened was this book did not grip me like I anticipated. The MFC really is struggling and when a opportunity arises where she can work with a high known couple and set up their dream wedding and get her name back out there, she jumps right on it. There is just a twist!

Now I enjoyed a lot of aspects of this book but also there was areas where I anticipated more and it did not deliver. Very funny, laughed a lot in this book and the outcome was sweet. Glad I gave it a try. Thank you NETGALLEY for my ARC!

I really enjoyed No Saint by Donna Alam. The story drew me in with its intense and gritty romance, featuring well-developed characters who felt real and flawed. Alam’s writing style is raw and emotional, which made the connection between the leads feel authentic and compelling.

The chemistry between the characters was electric, with plenty of tension and passion that kept me hooked. I appreciated the darker, edgier tone of the story, which added depth and complexity beyond a typical romance. The pacing was steady, allowing the relationship to unfold naturally while maintaining suspense.

While some plot elements felt familiar, the strong character development and emotional honesty made No Saint stand out for me. Overall, I’d give it four stars. It’s a powerful, emotionally charged read that I’d recommend to fans of intense, character-driven romances.

unfortunately this book wasn’t my cup of tea. i struggled to get through it mainly because i couldn’t feel the chemistry between the main characters.

Okay.... This book is really difficult to rate because while I preferred the tropes in this book to book 1, I didn't like the characters, which made it difficult to root for their happily ever after.

This follows Finn, a billionaire who in the first book is implied to have a sex addiction, and Mila, a struggling wedding planner. I found the FMC insufferable as she was always angry about something... I completely understand being jaded and closed off, but this was just too much. On the other hand, the MMC was terrible at communicating and hiding his thoughts and feelings. For over 90% of the book, they were either doing the horizontal tango or arguing and being mad with each other. I understand it's a smutty romance, but there was no depth to the story apart from anger or passion.

By the 70% mark, I found myself just wanting the book to be over so I could move on from the unnecessary hurt.

Donna Alam is a fabulous and lovely author who writes fantastic romance books with morally grey characters. I loved the interview and no saint was just as good. I fully recommend these books.

This book was an emotional drenage in the best way. Mila and Fin love story is intense, emotional, and filled with tension from start to finish. Their romance is so beautifully well done, and the chemistry between them is everything. The mystery of it all keeps you on your toes, and while it’s dark, it’s also very emotional. If you’re into complex characters and love stories that will drain you but you know you love it at the same time then then it's the book for you. You'll be hooked from page one. You'll be hooked from page one. Thank you so much to the author and NetGalley for giving me the opportunity to read the book in advance, I received this for free and I'm leaving a honest review

This book was enjoyable. It’s about a wedding planner who gets married to a billionaire in a fake marriage situation. I did find this to be a bit long and repetitive, so I think it could have been a bit shorter, but overall, I enjoyed this book and would recommend it.
Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for a copy of this ARC.

I ate this up and left no crumbs! A very smooth read with a satisfying ratio of romance and spice... The banter was *chefs kiss* and the imagery had me feeling like I was watching the plot unfold right in front of my eyes. I was pleasantly surprised by how much I enjoyed reading No Saint as I am not familiar with the author and wasn't expecting it to be favorite-worthy. I was wrong! This is probably one of my top reads of the year so far. I hope there are more from Alam in future - if so, I am all over it!!

I think the biggest mistake was alternating this read with another book. On it's own, the story is good. I's just that the other book I was reading really blew me away.

Donna Alam delivers a classic man obsessed story with No Saint. It is book two in the series, however I was fine reading it without having read book one.

This is worth a read if you're looking for something reliable with an HEA.

Thank you to NetGalley and the publisher for this eARC.

3.5 rounded up on Goodreads.

“No Saint” by Donna Alam brings the heat, the humor, and a whole lot of fake marriage drama. When wedding planner Mila agrees to pose as the bride for one wild publicity stunt, she doesn’t expect to end up fake-married to Fin DeWitt—the sinfully smooth best man who once made her forget a terrible day with just one kiss.

Their lifestyles couldn’t be more different: she’s working hard to stay afloat, and he’s billionaire-level untouchable. But throw in one steamy secret hookup, a signed marriage certificate, and a week of forced proximity, and suddenly those fake vows don’t feel so fake.

The chemistry? Intense. The banter? On point. The spice? Absolutely delivers. Fin and Mila are fire together, and it was refreshing to read about an older couple with real baggage, big feelings, and undeniable tension. I had a blast with this one and totally recommend it for fans of fake marriage setups that don’t stay fake for long.

Thank you @donna_alam, Montlake @amazonpublishing and @netgalley for the #gifted ebook arc. All opinions expressed are my own.

Okay, so, this book was FUN! I wish I had read the first in the series (and I plan to) but this was totally a standalone and it’s not necessary to enjoy this book.

We have a feisty, independent female main character and a he-falls-first trope. We also get a forced proximity, fake marriage trope AND a he’s a billionaire!

I thought this ran a little longer than it needed to be but I really enjoyed it and now need to read Donna Alam’s backlog to see what I’ve missed.

The story between the two main characters is what keeps this book going. The wordplay or banter the author uses and the different scenes make you think that it is going to be fake, but is it? Mila and Fin each have their reason for doing what they are doing, but maybe fake is not one of them. It was a good story and much better than I thought it would be.

Ok, first of all I have to say that I love all of Donna's male protagonists, she has a way of making them intriguing and a little obnoxious at the same time, that makes you want to keep reading about them.

This book gave me a good time, I loved Fin. Second chance romance has never appealed to me, but here was such a well paced story that I didn't care. i love marriages of convenience.

I loved this book. This was a first-class accidental marriage story that was high on chemistry and great banter between the two main characters - Mila and Fin. I found this couple to be compelling, engaging, and believable. The paradise setting only added to the feeling of romance and heat between this couple for me.

With a history of a previous brief encounter, we meet Fin and Mila, who are persuaded to fake marry as a decoy for another couple. After which, a hilarious wedding scenario follows, followed by a not-honeymoon/ honeymoon. I loved it!!!!!!! This book was witty in places, laugh-out-loud in others, had well drawn characters, and a perfect backdrop. With a small ensemble of secondary characters, this was a brilliant book to read on a dark, gloomy day.

This novel is the second in a series, but is a standalone contemporary romance story, you don't need to have read the first book, but I would recommend it as that was also a fantastic story.

'No Saint' is a definite read for those wanting high chemistry and heat, which also has a compelling and fun story.

Donna Alam does it again! ***chef's kiss***
No Saint brings the love, the laughs, the feels, and the SPICE!!!!
Mila + Fin = so so so good. I felt Fin's frustrations and I could somewhat sympathize with Mila's plights, but this book was THE definition of actions/words. No to mention he will move mountains for you if he really wants to.
Absolutely love the poetic justice in the epilogue, MUAH!
And if you see me in a closet, just leave me there - I'm FINE! ;)

No Saint by Donna Alam is an irresistible romance that blends passion, humour, and heartwarming moments. This scorching tale introduces readers to a wedding planner who unexpectedly finds herself in the role of a bride-to-be, stepping in to fool the press at the request of her client. What begins as a harmless fake wedding with the groom’s best man, the suave and irresistible Fin DeWitt, soon turns into something much more complicated.

The story is full of wit and charm, with the chemistry between the protagonist and Fin sizzling from the very first page. Their interactions are both steamy and tender, creating a perfect balance that will captivate fans of passionate romance. Alam has a knack for writing characters who are not only lovable but also deeply relatable. The fake marriage trope is given an exciting twist as the line between real and pretend becomes blurred, and the couple is faced with the consequences of their growing connection.

The moments of tenderness and vulnerability shine through, making the steamier scenes all the more impactful.
