Got this yesterday, downloaded immediately, started reading when I had an early night, and binge read it!
Kept me absolutely glued to the pages.

Another Freida winner!

Wow! There were so many twists and turns in this book. I could not put it down and read it in about 24 hours! By far one of the best Freida McFadden books I've read yet. You will NOT want to miss picking up a copy of this book...especially if you love a twisted psychological thriller that keeps you guessing until the very end.

A quick, fast paced read. More of a "whydunnit" than a "whodunnit", and I was not at all upset about that.

I did want to punch nearly all the characters in the face, though - but I wasn't expecting the end-ending!

This is my first five star read in ages. I absolutely loved this book from the moment I read the first line until the shocking last line. This had so many twists and turns even at the very end. The tenant will now be one of my top books to read by anyone and the top read from Freida and her amazing books. Every single time I thought I knew where this was going I was so wrong. I devoured this book. I couldn't stop reading until I finished it. Wether your a Freida reader or this author is new to you , this is a MUST read.

I don't think I've read a Freida book from a male first-person perspective. As usual, this was a great story with twists that I both foresaw and didn't. The way the characters intertwined and lived to both please and torture each other at the same time was loads of fun. I think the (very) ending could have been a bit better - maybe not quite so predictable, but overall true Frieda style great storytelling.

This is the second ARC I’ve been provided for Freida McFadden and it did not disappoint! I thought I knew the twist, I had an inkling of someone’s involvement in things, but what ended up happening was not what I’d anticipated at all! I loved the pacing of the book, the feeling of insanity building, and of course the trademark Freida twist! Another great story!

Not even shocked I loved the Boyfriend so of course I will be obsessed with the Tenant. The twists and turns are twisting and turning. I throughly enjoyed this novel and it was binge worthy.

Just WOW! Freida made it again! It’s a bomb of book, a lot of twist as always, and you never know exactly whats happening or what to think, because definitely never is what you believe is going on! The characters are so well described that I imagined every single of them perfectly fine. I laughed with a couple of them too. Definitely reading the Epilogue will blow your mind!!!! This is a book that obviously have to skip your TBR and read it right when it gets published.

I really wanted to love this book, but I just couldn't. It felt very familiar when compared to other recent Freida books. It also dragged until I was about 75% through. I predicted the ending very early on which was disappointing as I was expecting some big twist!

Honestly, I think this is one to skip. I am only giving it two stars because I did expect some big twist enough to finish it. I am hoping that Freida returns to her old way of writing as her older books were way more developed and gripping compared to all of her newer releases.

A page-turner like all of McFadden’s books, but not as gripping as some of her earlier books. The interaction between the main characters is at times stilted, the dialogue seems odd. The twists are easier to see through. But overall still worth reading.

Freida has done it again as usual. The male narrator was done well and was a unique voice. I was grossed out and hooked the entire time, constantly on edge. Well done.

Not my favorite Freida McFadden book, but I still enjoyed it. I figured out what was happening in a way before it happened, but not the whole story. I found myself "WTF"ing at the tenant through most of the book. Thinking how could someone be so awful. I gave this 3 stars, not bad, but there has been better.

I was hooked from the very first page. The tenant is a very fast paced book about betrayal, revenge and secrets with twists after twists after twists, they just kept coming! I was left feeling gob smacked and mind blown.
I really enjoyed the different POVs and a male as the main character was a first for me, but I actually loved it.
I can't wait until The Tenant is published so we can talk about it, I see this book being #1 world wide and would absolute LOVE to see this made into a film. 1000/10.

Freída did not disappoint. I gave this book 5 stars. I did not see the twist coming and the deep exploration of trust and deception was well executed.

I received this book as an ARC and it was one of my favorite Freida books so far. It has an original plot line, is a fast, entertaining read and has you constantly guessing who is behind it all. After reading many of Freida’s other books, I thought I had finally guessed the twist right but I was wrong again.

4.5! Freida McFadden does it again! The Tenant had me hooked from page one. The setup seems simple—guy rents a room to a new tenant—but the tension builds so quickly, and just when I thought I had it all figured out, the twists came flying. I couldn’t put it down. The ending was a jaw-dropper!

5 stars ⭐️ all around! Typical Freida fashion, each chapter catches your attention & leaves you wanting to know more! The twist at the end was very surprising to me, wasn’t expecting that outcome. Overall will definitely read again! Would place this book in my top 5 of favorite Frieda books. Highly recommend!

Such a great read!! Kept me on the edge of my seat and made me want to keep reading “one more chapter”! I tried to guess the plot twist and of course was wrong again. Love her books!
