This is a great source for deciding what books to read next. I didn't realize this was portions of novels soon to come out. I didn't read as much of it as I probably should have but I was busy reading the books I'd already chosen to read. Thanks to NetGalley for offering this one to read.

Thank you a preview up the upcoming books. These are always so helpful. I really enjoyed reading previews of the upcoming new releases.

A book that I look forward to. I enjoyed reading the many author’s works in this ok. The only thing I don’t like is it always make my books to read list gets longer! It’s a great book to read if you are looking for a new book to read.

This was a really wonderful guide on upcoming books! I appreciated the different categories and info on release dates. It made me excited for new book releases!

This is the first time I've come across Buzz Books and I think it's a fantastic idea.
Whether it's fiction or non-fiction, a debut or a bestselling author, across 49 excerpts, there is a little something for everyone.
The short excerpts are a great way to sense if you'd want to read more, and you can easily jump between different stories you're interested in.
Some standouts from this edition include Emma Donoghue's The Paris Express and Georgia Hunter's One Good Thing, along with in the young adult section Graci Kim’s Dreamslinger and Swayer Lovett's Shampoo Unicorn.

Unfortunately I didn't find anything that caught my fancy. Which isn't really the fault of the publisher.

📚 If you're looking to get ahead on 2025’s most buzzworthy reads, this free sampler is a goldmine. *Buzz Books 2025: Spring/Summer* offers a curated collection of excerpts from nearly 50 upcoming titles—everything from big names like Emma Donoghue, V.E. Schwab, and Maggie Stiefvater to exciting debuts and standout nonfiction.
There’s something for everyone: historical fiction, fantasy, thrillers, heartfelt contemporary, YA, and even a few memoirs. Personal favorites from the sampler include *The Paris Express* and *Dreamslinger*, but honestly, the variety makes it easy to find a new author or genre to love.
It’s the perfect taster tray of what’s coming in the book world. Highly recommend downloading it if you want to fill up your TBR with confidence. 🌟📖
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5/5) – An essential for any book lover or early reader!

I love to read these but I hate that they just hang around in my "give feedback" shelf section. More! More! More! Five stars! Nothing specific.

This catalog is fantastic! I was able to create lists of books to look out for, books to research, books to request, and books to add to my tbr. This is the best collation of 2025 releases that I’ve come across to this day. I do a lot of research into which books are being released and when, but it’s comforting to know I always have this resource available.

I love the Buzz Books editions, as it provides readers and librarians with titles that may not necessarily be on their radar. I always look forward to these Buzz Books editions because it helps me make decisions on what books I should read, recommend and purchase for my program.

Excellent resource for finding new books to read! I’m looking forward to diving into many of these Spring and Summer 2025 volumes!

I haven't gotten one of these in ages so I decided to! I think I need to remember to get these more often as I did enjoy them. The excepts are just enough to get me interested in reading some of these titles, even some of the fiction ones - which isn't something that often happens.

buzz books 2025: spring/summer is a fun and helpful way to preview upcoming books. i loved getting early looks at some highly anticipated titles and discovering new authors along the way. the excerpts were longer than expected and gave a strong sense of each story. great for anyone looking to add to their tbr or plan ahead for new releases.

I actually really love this. You get a peek at a book before you request and get a link directly to the request page. This is such a neat way to see what’s coming soon.

Love these!!!

Thank you Publisher’s Launch for providing this compilation! It’s a great resource. There were a few books I already had on my radar and was excited to read an excerpt, but most were brand-new to me. Also super convenient to have the links to NetGalley right there for any you want to request.

Thank you, Buzz Books, for allowing me to preview the books before ordering them. Very informative. I found books that interested me, and I'm looking forward to them.
Thanks to Netgalley and Publishers Lunch for the eARC in exchange for an honest review!

Thank you for the opportunity to preview excerpts from the books I was planning to request. It really helps to make a more informed decision about which ones to go for.
Thank you to Publishers Lunch and NetGalley for providing this eARC in exchange for an honest review.

While conceptually brilliant, the format does not allow for the enjoyment of all the works. I wish this were a little bit more traditionally published.
As far as the selection is concerned, it was very average. I had a very tepid response to them
