This book gives you a look at Scott's life from being raised with his two siblings in Texas, to coming out in high school, to his life in Pentatonix and finally his married life. She reflects on Scott being a musical prodigy early on in life, what happened when Scott came out, and how she learned to do better and become an ally, and the trials of early day Pentatonix. The book also includes a QR code for an unrealized song "Pray" which relates to Scott's coming out. I love that Scott's mom wrote this book about him.

I have been a fan of Scott Hoying for years and have had the pleasure of seeing Pentatonix live in what was an amazing experience. It was fantastic to read Scott's life through his mothers eyes and to learn more about him.

LOVED this book! Been a fan of Scott for years and getting to read the story of how he grew up was definitely a super cool and new way to hear the story of Pentatonix and what brought them together.

Super inspiring and uplifting story and I definitely it’s a great read for parents of queer children who might not totally understand the LGBTQ+ community. It’s very refreshing to hear a story of unconditional love and support for your children and i’ll definitely be recommending this one for ages. <3

Look at one of the world most talented singers through the eyes of his mother. I love reading and acquiring biographies and this was just so interesting to me to be able to read this and learn more about one of my favorite groups.
