I have ready many books on leadership, both for secular environments and church environments. This is one I would recommend for anyone considering christian leadership, or who is new to leadership. In this book Nicole Massie Martin decribes and explains how 'crucifixion' is necessary for an individual who leads. This book draws from business, as well as church, examples to provide a framework for leading well and drawing closere to God.
