This cute children's book was fun to read.
My daughter and I loved the play on words and the dogs name suit them perfectly.

Every Day Is A Holiday is written by Greg Kincaid, the author of Christmas With Tucker which happens to be a wonderful Christmas movie!
I adored this wonderfully illustrated ( Alessia Girasole) story about a little girl trying to find a name for her new puppy.

Allie’s parent run an animal shelter. She helps bath, feed and name the animals that come in the shelter. One day there is a box outside the shelter and a puppy is inside. She carries the puppy around all day, helping at the shelter. She doesn’t want to leave this one, so her parent decide she can bring it home. Allie can’t figure out what to name it. She ends up naming it Holiday.
What a sweet book! I have foster dogs for many years and have adopted several. This has a great message-adopt don’t shop!! I can’t wait to share this adorable book with my first graders!

This was such a sweet book! I absolutely adored seeing all the things Allie got up to while she thought of a name for her new puppy. The illustrations in this book made it so, so much better! I loved the message about the important of family and demonstrating responsibility.

I loved this story so much. My daughter and I volunteered for years at a rescue and it was so wonderful working with the others, including everyone from adults to very small children. Everyone has something to offer and we all enjoyed it and loved the pets.
The little girl in this story is only 6 but Allie cares for the rescues so much. When she finds an abandoned puppy, Allie has to find a name for him, and she is so positive.
Thanks to NetGalley for letting me read this

Animal Enthusiasts Go To
This book pulled on my adoption heart strings. Ugh this is the cutest and kindest family. They are the greatest example of supporting their community while also caring for animals. The guide for ‘how to find your own Holiday’ hit on very important topics to consider when selecting a nee pet.
The illustrations are vivid enough to bring each scene to life. It truly supports what the actions of caring for animals looks like.
This book will generate a lot of conversation for those learning about the let adoption process. I could see this book being an inspiration after taking time to heal after losing a pet and preparing to adopt again.
I received a copy of this book from Greg Kincaid. I am voluntarily leaving a review. All opinions are my own.

Honestly, who doesn’t love a book about animals and girls that love them. Allie helps her family at a local animal rescue. They found their first dog, named Christmas, from the shelter as a puppy. When the family is beginning to leave the shelter they find a box with a small puppy in it. Needless to say, it was instant love, but Allie has a dilemma, she can’t find a name for her new puppy. As she is going to sleep, her puppy’s name comes to her and she knows that she will be loved every day.
The artwork in this sweet book is beautiful. And I love the story. It’s simple, but relatable. I also like that at the back of the book, there are questions that can be asked about animal rescue and terms use such as microchipping which can lead to a class discussion.

5/5 Everyday is a Holiday by Greg Kincaid
This book was such a fun and adorable read with my little ones! Now they’re determined to get a puppy they can name themselves—haha! The illustrations perfectly complemented the story and flowed so beautifully, making it even more enjoyable. Allie was such a sweet character, and both my children and I loved reading this during storytime. I’ll definitely be adding the physical book to their bookshelf!
A big thank you to NetGalley for providing a copy of this book!

This book gives all the warm, fuzzy feelings of a great children's book. I love how it all comes together at the end and what a perfect ending! This book is great for adolescents who have animals or are thinking about getting an animal because it shows the chores that are required in taking care of them. The holidays it touches on are also a great learning tool. And of course the special message that Shelter Animals are just as special as any others. Really loved this book. Thank you, Mr. Kincaid for putting a smile on my face!

EVERY DAY IS A HOLIDAY by Greg Kincaid and illustrated by Alessia Girasole is a children’s book focusing on a small girl named Allie, and the puppy found at the local animal shelter.
Allie’s parents Todd and Laura ran the local animal shelter. Allie liked to help look after the animals and help give them names, and one morning Allie found an abandoned puppy in a box at the front door. Struggling to find the perfect name, Allie didn’t want to leave the puppy alone, so her parents brought the puppy home for some love and companionship. The 4th of July celebrations were in full swing, and Allie was about to discover the perfect name for the little puppy.
EVERY DAY IS A HOLIDAY is a sweet story; a children’s books with colorful and cute images; the perfect read along book for the young and young at heart.

This story is kind and cheerful. My kid loved it and I feel it's going to be here favourite for a long time. Which is a great thing coz you know how kids change their favourite so often. Perfect way to teach kids to be kind and compassionate.
Would definitely recommend it.

A darling story about a young girl named Allie who falls in love with a puppy. As she searches for the perfect name she tells him of all the things they have to look forward to in his life. Love the emphasis on service, adopting responsibly, and enjoying time with those you love. The artwork is gorgeous and I can see kids going nuts over the cute animals in the book.

Thank you Netgally for allowing me a copy of the ARC!
Such a cute story!
My son loved the all the Cute dogs.

Thank you for the ARC. A little girl struggles to name her dog until she discovers the perfect name. This was a cute little story about the joys of holidays.

Such a sweet story about a little girl trying to find the perfect name for her new puppy. I love that the character helps out at her family's animal shelter as it shows kids that they can help in important ways as well no matter how small. Also I love the spotlight on animal shelters and what they do to care for the animals. Overall an absolutely beautiful book.

A sweet celebration of pets and family. This book is a great way to encourage children to adopt a shelter pet—something I heartily approve of.
Cute book with a great message.

This review is for an ARC that I recently read. I would recommend this book to every family with young children. I also love buying books for the children in my life, and this will be one that I give to many children. The book had a great story line. The illustrations were cute and detailed oriented per page. The story kept my twins attention, and they were excited to see what else the character did next and what she was going to name her puppy.

Thank you so much to 4U2B Books & Media and Netgalley for the ebook to read and review.
Allie’s parents work in an animal shelter, Allie likes to help out, her favourite job is naming the animals that come. But when an abandoned puppy arrives she has no idea what to call it, she spend lots of time with it trying so hard to figure it out.
Allie was really adorable she had such a cute personality and she became so attached to the new puppy that came through, her relationship with it was adorable. She shared everything she knew with him, trying to think of what she wanted to call him teaching him all about the holidays that occur, it was really clever and really sweet.
I enjoyed this book a lot, the illustrations were really cute and showed how precious the animals and Allie were within the book. It also has a great message about getting animals from a shelter so they can have a second chance which I really liked that. A very fun and sweet read, perfect for any young children and especially those that love animals.
